The theme doesn’t have such a feature, sorry, you can only add such functionality with modifications on the theme code and unfortunately those modifications are not easy to do. I suggest that you look for a professional developer to help you modify the theme.

1. The function which handles the Featured Video is more complicated, it also retrieves the video thumb and sets it as a featured video. You could try to change the output part by changing the field from which the url is retrieved – http://screencast.com/t/g06kyEOBj If this doesn’t work i suggest that you look for a professional developer to modify the code for you, it’s not a simple task.

The dropcap wasn’t intended to be used like that, it comes with some css and in this particular situation it doesn’t work properly. If you modify the css it will not work in other condition.

The alternative would be to stop using dropcap on list titles and better add a class on those elements and come with custom css to make them look the way you want.
