Hi, great theme apart from an image loading problem with the responsive version, I’ve emailed the issue and look forward to a resolution since it displays fine on desktop and laptop but not on tablet or phone for some reason. The images load and then disappear on the homepage and internal pages when the pages load and I’m not using any caching plugin, I’ve disabled all plugins and did a fresh install but issue is still presenting?

The issue is previously mentioned also on one of the posts before, so any chance of a suggested fix to the responsive issue would be great.
It should be a hosting issue because non of our customers has issue like that, plus you can check our demo on your real devices, no issue like that.
Can you try to ask your hosting provider about it ?

Great theme! Just wondering, whereabouts can I edit the layout of the testimonials? I’ve removed the testimonial avatar, but I would like to right align the Client Name within the testimonial box, directly underneath the testimonial (not outside the box). If you’re able to help me out, that would be fantastic!

On the Home Page – Can’t seem to get the “What We Do” Page Children to show the content or image in a carousel. There is an error message that says, “Sorry, there is no child pages under your selected page.”
How to fix this?

Hi, I did what you said – and it sort of works for OUR SERVICES only – BUT there is still a “glitch” that shows (in the carousel columns) a (blank area) that shows as HOME in between the Services images.
Preferably, I DO NOT WANT TO USE “OUR SERVICES” on the Home Page BUT rather the WHO WE ARE Page as a carousel on the Home Page.
Please advise on how to do this? Is it some custom CSS?
I tried switching child/parent dropdowns in (VC edit mode) for the Home Page & (WHAT WE DO) Section – Page Children widget – I SWITCHED the child and parent to select WHO WE ARE and then updated the Home Page – the result shows the error, “Sorry, there is no child pages under your selected page.”
I guess the only page that works for the Home Page – Page Children widget is the OUR SERVICES. Can this be changed to show in a carousel the WHO WE ARE Page???
Ok, I got rid of the “glitch” (blank area) that shows the word HOME in between the WHAT WE DO – Page Children widget carousel on the Home Page.
BUT I still prefer to have the carousel on the Home Page show the WHO WE ARE page.
What is your website URL, if you don’t want to display Our Services section on homepage, simply go to that page editor with VC edit mode and remove these section.

I downloaded the zip file and got the “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” I see others had the same problem. tried various suggestions on envato e.g. open this or that file in the zip – but could not find them. Please advise. P.s. I am not expert on IT matters – so a simple explanation please.

When I try to add the theme through wordpress upload, it says there was an error and prompts me to try again without any success. I am trying to upload the zipped theme folder that I downloaded from the “installable wordpress file only” drop down.
Please use FTP to upload the theme, seem like your hosting is limit file size upload.

It’s because the Text field in Visual Composer doesn’t allow HTML, I had contact VC plugin author about that but they respond that the field won’t allow HTML.

Hello, Thank you for your quick response! This is really very unfortunate, but I have found another way to provide the feedback from customers with a link. I use instead of client testimonials simply Unfiltered HTML. Previously I have copied the necessary HTML Part with all the div elements etc. using Firebug and then paste it. Images and links must be manually integrated in HTML code. This workaround solves my problem.

Hello, trying to upload my logo but I keep getting an error message. After logging out and then logging back into WP the logo is in the Media Lib. ALSO THE LOGO DOES NOT SHOW UP ON THE WEBSITE.
