It’s a default padding for each page with ‘Default’ template set under ‘Page Attributes’ box on page edit. If you would like to edit it, you can do that in page.php file. You can also change this value for just one particular page. Please create new topic on our Support Forum if you’ll need more help with that. Thank you!
Also, does the cost estimator currently allow a check box with an assigned dollar value. i.e. “Do you want this feature?” Box checked: “Yes” dollar value “X” added.
Checkbox field isn’t available but you can add yes/no dropdown. But I think it’s a good idea to add it, so if you will need checbox, just let me know and I’ll add such a feature.

Cost Calculator is Visual Composer component and you can build your calculation form with available form components: slider box, dropdown box and input box. You can define labels, default values, min, max values etc. for each calculation element, so it’s fully customizable. You can also define the calculation formula. So basically you should be able to create any calculation form you would like to have.

So basically you should be able to create any calculation form you would like to have but it won’t automatically get WooCommerce products, such a functionality isn’t available.

Yes, it will. You can use multilanguage plugin for that like for example WPML or qTranslate. Admin area isn’t available for tests.
