First of all, this looks really good! Great work on this!
The main selling question for me is to do with the file management. With what I intend on using this for, the end-user will purchase a digital product, and then the idea would be to give the user access to this back-end system and manually assign them with the file that they have purchased so that they’re the only one that can access this file and they can download this whenever they want.
Hopefully this makes sense, and I hope this is possible as it would make everything so much easier!

Hi, I haven’t bought your theme, but I’m really interested.
I’ve got a few questions:
1) Is it possible that users creates projects with their front-end users. For example user “demo” can create a project without going into wordpress dashboard? In the demo this is not possible but I don’t know if this is for a security reason.
2) Is it possible to send mail alerts of new content?
3) Can users upload and edit events to the calendar?
4) Chat if available over android?
5) Chat’s messages are saved?

1. This feature was added one hour ago and the update submitted 10 minutes ago (It’s quite basic for now but it works and it will be improved tomorrow)
2. Buddypress does that by default but some plugins can do the job for the posts (example : https://wordpress.org/plugins/notify-users-e-mail/)
3. My default, I don’t think so but I’ve found that : http://www.myeventon.com/addons/action-user/ Do you think it could do the job ? (Don’t buy it, we can purchase the full license)4. Yes, I’ve just tried on my nexus 5 and it works great.
5. Just checked yes they’re all in the database but you can clear them if needed.

1. Can I limit other members in their competence? So that they can’t delet my posts and actions?
2. The speed is sill quiet slow – would it get faster soon?

1. Yes of course, Woffice come with a built-in user capacities manager but there is some awesome plugin much better for that (link is in the documentation)
2. It’s from our host, we’re updating our plan now, so it should be better tomorrow.
3. Yes, blog posts are enabled in Woffice as the comments on every page if you want.
4. Yep, there is many options for that in a complete Theme Settings section (you can change every color).
5. Do you mean multisite ? Yep!
6. The calendar is managed by EventOn plugin (http://www.myeventon.com/) so yes it should exist some options for this.

Yes most of the features are managed by extensions that you can deactivate but the post types (wiki, projects) are managed by a plugin (themeforest policy…) so for now there is no option but it’s a single line to edit. Not yet but that’s a good idea! It’ll be hard to set up an email client inside Wordpress but maybe, I’ve just seen that it’s possible to play with Gmail API, but that would only be for Gmail accounts.

Because for a community purpose, even if Buddypress looks outdated on a first look, it’s really powerful and there is a huge community behind with a lot of cool plugins. Then it’s easily customizable for themes so we can make cool things with it (there is many other reasons).
