Hi, great theme. Congratulations! I have some doubts: 1. How we could add the WPML language selection at the top of the site? 2. How should work theme widgets with wpml into languages?. I will do an exception and briefly answer the questions:
1. I don’t know exactly what you mean by ‘top of the site’, as you might be referring to create additional place above the slider OR the header area where the logo and main nav are. For the first option: you should be editing the code for that. For the second option: it is possible to add a language switcher (with optional flags) to the main menu.
2. Is question for the WPML support as they are author of the plugin, but here are some links from their support:

Hi, I just bought your theme and I can’t get the same results than I can see in the Demo even after having imported the Demo content. Do we have to customize mannually the home page to get the same layout than in the demo (slider, contact form etc…) ?

How can i edit the services page loop to now show <?php the_content(); ?> ?
I just want on services loop page to show the excerpt then when user clicks in to the service they can see full details …

EDIT its ok i am editing archive-services.php instead and its working

Current day is automatically selected in the opening times widget, and you can easily edit the “blue bar”

Could you also advise how I can remove the content divider from the regular page? It displays at the bottom but is not center aligned and looks odd. I would prefer to remove it completely if possible.

This is WooCommerce feature and not the theme, so I don’t have immediate answer for this. Probably it would be possible to do with woocommerce template overrides and/or some CSS/JS.

Also I have made the widget on home page for services to display 6 items. ideally 2 rows of 3 services.
Although the 2nd row of services are not displaying in the correct areas as seen at www.manormount.com.au
I have tried 4, 5 and 6 options but still the 2nd row seems to always show the 2nd row in the wrong areas Anything I’m missing here?

Neat trick for featured page in main menu:
If you want to insert an icon from fontawesome into the featured page link (far right on navbar) – simple.
Open header. php and look for this line at the bottom:
<a href="<?php echo get_page_link( $btn_page->ID ); ?>" class="btn btn-featured pull-right"><?php echo $btn_page->post_title; ?></a>
You can then insert an icon (shopping cart, wrench, etc) from fontawesome) :
<i class="fa fa-shopping-cart fa-lg" />
So your button code now looks like this:
