I have tried to edit post dates but this does nothing?

You can hide the ‘Timetable’ button by adding the following code to your custom.css file I had already asked this question and got the answer – it works great.
.departments_widget .more[title=”Timetable”] { display: none; }

You can do that on departments edit page. Go to Pages->Departments, switch editor to classic mode and find the code like below:

Dear QuanticaLabs, I bought this theme and consider it with enormous potential. But when installing the theme presented mistakes, I consulted the forum and was solving problems. Now I try to import the blue dummy content and after a full day of trying, have not worked. Made imports by Medicenter Options and does not work correctly, the page gets error appearance. I made imports by wordpress importer as seen in the video (http://www.screenr.com/Scj7) and also does not function. See how was the site: http://integrativa.med.br/v2/ I need help. I work professionally with WP for 5 years, and tried to solve alone. I did not make it. I provide the address and password so that they can solve, if necessary. I use Cpanel version 11, Apache Version: 2.2.29, PHP Version: 4.5.33 and 256MB in wp-config.
How not speak English, I used a translator for that text. Disregard any English errors. If you do not understand something, ask me.
Please send me your admin area login details via contact form in my profile and I’ll take a look. Anyway I think that old version of PHP may be the reason here. Please update your PHP to 5+.

For the Online Appointment Form, can the “Select Department” be removed? Also, can I remove the date of birth and social security field?
Yes, you can remove those fields. If you’ll have issues with that, please visit our Support Forum and you’ll get help there.
Is the “appointment form” a widget that can be placed anywhere?
It’s visual composer component and yes – it can be placed anywhere.
The features pages, where do I edit or remove them? I don’t see a wp-admin menu item for them?

I’m sorry for the delay on the forum. We’ve now vacations period, so there may be some delays in some categories. Please try to use WordPress Reset plugin to reset your blog to the default state, then activate theme again and import dummy content once again.

Ok..created a topic since 12hrs ago no reply. However, I’ve gotten the reign of the theme which I found to be intuitive in terms of ui/ux. But how can I add my favicon? I’ve checked but can’t unravel it!

Hi, just purchase the med theme but not installing on my multisite activated! I extracted the zipped into its folder then try uploading the zipped med file in the extracted folder but not uploading. Are we to install the main zip or the one in the extracted folder?

In the downloaded package there is medicenter.zip which sould be used for the installation.
I have this theme and updated it yesterday, but the drag and drop doesn’t pagebuilder doesn’t work properly (when I try to drag something, it turns grey and then I have to reload the page). And why can’t I add a row inside a row?

The logo file is not responsive. Please advise. I want the logo to adjust to mobile sites… which would seem pretty standard for a responsive website.
I would add this to the Quanitica Support forum; however, when I login there is no place on the whole site to add a ticket. I just continually get the “login / register” options… even when I’m logged in.

I really like this theme, and would be looking to purchase it. I just need to know if the slider has options. Can they become clickable? Do you include a Revolution slider?

It’s possible to make it clickable, you will get help on that on our Support Forum. Revolution slider isn’t included but it’s supported, so you can use it with MediCenter.

We’ll add sticky menu today or tomorrow with next update. Revslider is supported. Currency is as text, so you can simply put it using your keyboard. It’s possible to use any currency that you would like to.
