There are 2 archives when you attempt to downlod

1. only theme 2. full package

The reasone why it says could not install… you browse full package, which you should unpack at first, where to browse the same copy if you download only theme.

Once you installed theme, you have to install and activate all recommended plugins. Then you will see on the left menu under Tool, import demo data as you can see in this video tutorial which come with documentation https://www.screenr.com/UdbN

1. You can install wp total cache plugin. This will help too, though some of it features break theme, you can try turning on its options one by one. Also you can choose hosting for targeted country, for example if your targeted visitors are from Sweden, then server located in Sweden will be more suitable for you, Also it is good if your hosting is VPS, despite it is expensive than shared hosting, VPS hosting has dedicated ram and CPU. I would recommend minimum 2 GB RAM and 4 core CPU. This will be faster than sharing hosting.

Images are really matter too, I hope you correctly minimised them. Each picture in your gallery shouldn’t be more than 200 kb.

2. DNS memory has not related to theme nor to plugins. DNS is Domain Name System which responsable for domain routing.

There are 2 font pack in Mentas – Font Awesome Icons and Elegant icon fonts. Some fun facts icons from Font Awesome.

So you can replace icon classes from existing classes of those 2 icon packs. You can see samples here:

Ok, but you MUST realize that saying in your description that the theme is SEO ready implies something more than default WordPress values. Why say it at all in that case??? SEO ready implies to any reasonable human being that there will be accommodation for keywords – is your theme not setup for that?

I actually tried Yoast SEO, and it conflicts with your theme – gives a big red warning that the theme already contains a “description” meta and it can’t remove/override it. Your theme certainly does not provide a simple means of doing that either.

This isn’t SEO ready. Please advise.

SEO ready means:

Correctly coded structure for search engine crawling per example – correct tags usage in place such as h1, h2, h3, image alts, and titles, meta tags. The rest is fine to do with SEO Yoast, and pointless for us to create the same thing what ideally come with SEO Yoast.

Also in our theme meta description and title automatically taken from content. However if you don’t want this, you can easily fix it.

An error message you see is “SEO Issue: Your theme contains a meta description, which blocks WordPress SEO from working properly. Please visit the SEO Dashboard to fix this” in seo Yoast. So go to SEO Yoast dashboard, and click “Fix it” button, after that your SEO Yoast meta description and title will affect

Hi Thorpeedo, there is “Top menu logo column size” field in Appearance/Theme Settings, under Home tab, there you can select lowest value 2, to reduce space for logo.

If this not enough, you can reduce padding between menu items by adding this css code in theme settins/skins/ custom css box

.top-main-menu > li > a{
margin: 10px 5px !important;
}

5px is rewrite of 15, so you can put whatever better for you, per example 10 even… if 5 is too small
