Hello, the theme is truly excellent, i enjoined very much. One suggestion, you can take a look to the site menu when the primary menu is using Company menu, the whole menu was covering the blue(logo, customer support etc),maybe you can improve it better with the css stuff!

Oh no…. when I updated Master Slider with this latest update (had to FTP as the plugin update feature did not work) all of the data is gone, my hours of work on the sliders has reverted back to the demo content. Is it all lost?
Update: A partial fix: Find and re-establish each Master slider by name, as the updated actually changed the slider and the shortcode was no longer valid. So add the Master Slider element in composer, on the page as needed, then selected the NAME of the slider, no shortcode. This works… After this, Chrome displays the sliders. BUT, Firefox yields only the spinning icon. Master Slider has had this issue before. I will investigate and report what I find…
Okay, as promised, reporting back: Autoptimize created a conflict, even though all cached items were flushed. So using Plugin Organizer, I turned off autoptimize on the pages that have master slider. All good now!
After this update, the simple hover boxes are acting strange. They will flash one image from the fourth box (in a row of four hover boxes) and repeat that image on and off through the other three hover boxes. So the row will look like it is repeating one image four times. Hover works fine, and usually brings back the original (correct) image for a while. You changed code for vertical, so maybe this is it? I turned off all caching and cleared all caches..
Every single hover item is acting corrupted. I will revert back to your prior version and let you know if this fixes it. All pages reacting badly, no new plugins, just the updates for theme and associated plugins.

yes indeed, thank you. Sent the reply with credentials. One more status report: By turning off animations, and restarting firefox completely, the hover images are now intact. With animations, FF has some issues. But site looks clean. Just need the fields fixed for the “Slide with Info Box” items in the big carousel. Many thanks, Freevision. Darn, I spoke too soon. Hover box Image flashes and flickers remain in Firefox 
I checked your demo, the first page that comes up, scrolled down in FF and the same thing is happening to the same fancy boxes. They are flashing miscellaneous images from your other boxes. Some broken fragments appear, too, just like in my site. So the JS.Composer update is likely the problem -especially their new overlay color and accordion items. Darn… keep me posted in the ticket system. Just sharing for others here. I am on FF v39.0
Did you have a chance to test it on another computer with same FF? I suspect some add-ons bringing issues like that.

Probably FF hardware acceleration problem again. I will turn off HA. All okay on another computer without hardware acceleration, so hopefully most people have disabled that setting. All was okay before JS Composer update. Such a shame. But, note that the other issue remains: the fields that are mapped for the Owl Carousel Big Info Box are being overwritten by some forced inline script for color #000000 !important. This change occurred with the last update of theme. All is unchanged in Ozy Buildme Essentials. But something perhaps in buildme.js is causing the fields to be changed, overwritten, with no edit ability.

we bought your theme and began to customize it.
http://www.surehost-uk.com/creativelivingcabins2015/ We used the same slider as shown on ( demo > home page default ) but realized it caused a problem because the height of the image meant visitors might not realize that there was more content below the image as it was below the eyeline. We tried to find a place in admin where we could adjust the height of the image in the slider, bit could not. Hence QUERY 1. Did we miss something? can the height of the images in this slider be edited?QUERY 2. We then decided, due to the above problem, to move and use Revolution Slider, which we did, and you will see (via link provided) the site now has Rev Slider working. However, when we tested the home page on a mobile smartphone, the slider image becomes compressed so much it can hardly be seen.
So, we have issues with BOTH sliders, and are hoping you can help us out.
The original slider ( demo > home page default ) looks great on mobile smartphone, but has the problem of depth, as mentioned above, on a desktop.
Rev Slider is a better option for desktop as it is more flexible/editable, but looks very poor on a mobile smartphone.
Can you help please?

Hi, good afternoon. The page marks that there has been an error. It says the file is empty, and that I should upload something with more substance. It says that the file php.ini have disabled the uploads or the post_max_size was deffined lower than the upload_max_filesize on php.ini.
I have tried several times but the file is not uploaded yet.

If you have no chance to modify max upload limits, please extract buildme.zip and upload “buildme” folder to “wp-content/themes” folder via FTP. Then go to your WP dashboard to activate your theme.

2 – Check if active Google font (Theme Options > Typography) is supporting non-latin characters and Extended Parameters for Google Fonts on Typography options panel has the required parameters.

2.- What are the required parameters for non-latin characters? We use railway and apparently it supports all the characters I need. Actual extended parameters are: “100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900”. What else do I need to add?

Instead of the English text, I want to use Russian. That now on the site it is visible in the section projects “?????????, ?????, ????, ????????, ???????” The panel I can give access in the administrator, but not in comments here. Hello, I purchased the buildme theme, and I would say Im intermediate level of web design. For some reason I cannot edit the contents of the timeline page. The timelkine titles im able to edit, but not the actual text content.
also several of my pages show the “error redirect loop” icone instead of having working navigation. I havent done more than type words or add simple images to the site. Is there some sort of patch code for this? It seems to have a lot of malfunctions out of the gate… it could be just me, but Im not sure

Also, my page either takes forever to update every change or isn’t editing the page when I’m changing it. Very frustrating! Sometimes it works, when I manually cache but thats annoying!

Well, all the elements are visually editable, simply edit or remove whatever you want, elements could be nested.
I understand, but I want to keep the slider but I don’t want the info box. Really I just want a header/banner image then the rest of the site.

Hi freevision, thank you for trying. I did check everything again, and all images of home page project listing, page-project, and news (blog) page still open in Fancybox, sadly. I cleared cache, etc, but still, the plus-icon always links to image in fancybox, rather than link to permalink single-project or single (blog). I am going to try some edits in jquery.fancybox.js in scripts directory. I’ll let you know if I find the solution. If you have any code to test, hopefully we can find something that works. Thank you again.

I DID IT! All set, Freevision! I edited line 736 in plugins>> ozy-buildme-essentials php. Just changed the image href to permalink Also, I removed fancybox.js elements and dequeued lightbox.js in grid elements. All set now, I can proceed. Great theme, again, thank you,
