Q; Can I build this site and have it “look” like your site without using the Visual Composer editor? Classic mode is not so classic. There are problems with it. Example: If I try to do something simple like add a page of text and add an image with a caption and left align it in visual mode, when I press update I am flipped to the Text mode and my image is added as code to the bottom of the page.
I want to be able to build my site using this theme as my client likes it’s look and feel but I like to build pages using the normal visual and text mode and if needed, some short code.
Is that possible with this theme?

You can built the site without Visual Composer but it will look horrible because the theme was designed to be fit with this plugin and every layout is based on it.

Hi Folks,
I am trying to hide the prices for items that are OUT OF STOCK.
I want to hide the prices on the product category listing pages and on the single product pages, pretty much anywhere an OUT OF STOCK item can appear.
Is there a way to do this as its quite important.

At the moment the site is not online. All development is being done on my localhost. Its using standard woocommerce and Aurum functionality so it should be the same as what you folks should have.

How can i add a widget in a sidebar on a product category page?
It’s actually a product category page, using woocommerce. There is a blank space on the left, but when i go in my widget menu and add a widget in the shop sidebar, nothing is showing on my page but that blank space.

To add widgets on shop page including category page simply go to Appearance > Widgets and then add widgets in this block:

- When I will be the admin of the theme, can I modify the quantity of my goods ?
For example, if only one good is available. I would like to know if the customer will see ” only 1 tshirt is available ” ? Is there a database ? Because I don’t want to receive payment when all my good will be sold-out.
- Furthermore, I would like to know if the customers can create an account on my website with this theme ? They will see their previous orders ? And what about the newsletters ? Can they subscribe to ?
If I would like to have a paypal payment after checkout ? Is it possible ? I saw it in your demo page, so I think it’s possible, but is it free to add it on my website ?

1. Yes, this is default functionality of WooCommerce and its supported for all themes, not just this theme.
It is intelligent system that will not create any issue in your database.
2. This is the functionality of WooCommerce as well, so they can create their orders like shown here
In one word, you just need to install the WooCommerce plugin, and the rest the theme will handle with the design. It is powerful for selling items and has many features. It is free of course, here you can find more about this plugin:

Color changes. I know this have been talked about many time before, but the when within the SHOP the nav menu/header CSS isn’t the same as the other pages. If i change the colors of the nav menu/header on the pages using the CSS when i go into the shop it defaults back to the grey and purple scheme.

If you want to remove them all then go to Products > Attributes and delete them as registered attributes in your site but if you want to remove them just in one by one in each product you can simply switch to the Attributes tab and remove them, see screenshot for more:

If you want to use the centered menu like the Jewelry demo then you can’t have the cart in your header, you can change the type of header if you want to get the cart.
I changed the distance between the logo menu and top of the page, for more see the Custom CSS if you need to modify it again.

Hello! Looks like breadcrumbs are not working right with your theme. I have a few questions on this issue and i want it fixed because my client ask me.
1. I installed breadcrumb NavXT plugin and i can see breadcrumbs on my regular pages, but they are located in wrong place (they should be located on left side, but now they show up on right side of the site). See screenshot vasha-rubashka.ru/1/breadcrumbs.jpg
2. My breadcrumbs go like this Site title > Page. How can i change site title to Home, so it looks like this Home > Page ?
3. Plugin is set to show breadcrumbs on category pages and product pages but they won’t show up on these type of pages. Why?

I am having issues with product variation in woo commerce. I’ve added it on this laptop sleeve, two options 11” and 13”, but when I preview the page it seems like the dropdown menu isn’t working.

I do hava a problem with WooCommerce. The prices are two times on the page. I use a german plugin called “German Market” as a extension for the german language and checked already with them but they said it is at the theme.

And one more question. Where is the physical location of custom.css file. The problem is that I have a lot of extra code in that file. So each time I save updates the page reloads and opens the beginning of the style sheet, and I have to scroll and look for the part of code I was editing. It’s quite frustrating when u have to edit it often.

wp-content/themes/kalium-child/style.css
Otherwise, put your css here:
wp-content/themes/kalium/style.css
But caution that you need to backup the CSS file each time you are trying to update the theme, because you will loose the changes.

Yes one plug in Visual Composer was not updated. But everything esle was ok. And still the same questions: a. quantities are still not shown (check on individual item page) b. mail delivery editing for password change (where is it?)

1. To add quantities in mini cart item, download this file:

wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/
Please note that when you update woocommerce you will loose changes in email templates, so always save a backup of files you edit.

Hi there, first of all: Thanks for the awesome theme. Looks really nice. But now I have a problem when uploading specific pictures. I will always get a HTTP-Failure. Even if I reduce the size to a minimum (300kb) it won’t work, whereas others, even bigger ones, work just fine. These pics are simple jpg files as are the other ones. Any idea what could be the problem and how to fix it. Thank you very much in advance.
