Just wanted to let people know how satisfied I am with the Avada Theme and the support I get at Theme Fusion. I have purchased multiple copies of the Avada theme and in every instance, whenever I ran into any issues (e.g. how can I do the following, this is not lining up properly, can I make the following do this…etc.), the support staff at Theme Fusion has ALWAYS responded within less than 24 hours and provided the perfect fixes and solutions. Strange, this is a very extended theme, but it doesn’t have a maintenance mode option included…. That’s a bit strange….

We do have a blank page template, which you can easily make one out of that and set it as the home page.
But we also recommend the most popular one that is free, WP Maintenance Mode by Deisgnmodo. Its kind of like one of those things, why make one when there is a perfect one for free

Are you using the latest Avada theme that has the newest Rev Slider? Update to Avada 3.8.5 then update the rev slider plugin when prompted, that should take are of it.

I am trying to work on pages, however, in the text block; justify, paragraph to choose the size of text and to change text colors is no longer available (I think the whole second line is missing). What is the problem?? Please let me know as soon as possible?

Hmm we have not come across that one and also have a Host Gator account for testing.
Can you delete the rv slider plugin, turn off any other 3rd party plugins then try again?

I have a couple checklist items on my home page: http://www.mattrittman.com Your theme supports selecting Font Awesome icons for each of the checklist items. However, it doesn’t let me select a particular size for the icon. Would you guys be able to add this functionality?

We have added this functionality in v3.8, make sure you are using Avada 3.8 and Fuson Core 1.7.3 or higher. We recommend updating to the new v3.8.5.
You can then select a font size for the checklist icons and text.

I want to be able to adjust the size of the icon independent of the text. This only lets you set a particular size for the entire checklist.
Ah ok, then yes you will need custom CSS for that. You can add your own class and edit it that way, see this: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-make-custom-css-changes/

Pre-buying questions: 1) Could I make a post with a video gallery (maybe with a slider)? Something that when you see a image of any video (on this slider), you could click and see the video (at a given width)... 2) Could I have every screen on my site with a video background?

1. Currently you can only add one video to a post slider on the single blog page. But you can add a regular slider with as many videos as you wish to any page or post.
2. Currently you can only use video backgrounds in the full width container, not as a full page background.

Hi. Please help. I got an answer from Michael C regarding the problem with the responsive mode of my site. I do not know if you are the same person here but the answer I got was just to turn responsive on. The problem is that my whole site is built not to be responsive. Till avada 384 everything was ok. You have not mention in change log this feature. Are you going to fix that? How can I get to 384 if you are not planing to fix the problem? Please tell me because I can not wait for all of you to give me ideas every other day. Can someone check the problem that knows the solution? Thank you

Hi. Thank you. In mobile the fix is ok. The problem remains on desktop. Also I have parallax effect on mobile but I have choose NO parallax on mobiles in my page. Is there a fix for that? Thanks a lot

Is it possible to have a button on the fusion slider (top of page) to jump to an anchor on the same page? If so, could you explain how?

Hello,
I have a problem with latin letters, especially the “é”.
I’m using “password-protect-wordpress” plugin with avada, and the “é” i type turns into “é” and it’s impossible to connect the website which is password protected !!
It was working fine, and i can’t change the password which is used dy thousand people !!

You can import it through our demo importer. When you import the Hotel demo, just make sure the contact form 7 plugin is installed and activated before you import, then the form will import. Also the date picker portion of the form is used with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-datepicker/

Is it possible that when in blog grid layout, that a surfer can click the feature image of the first post to open it in the lightbox, then hit the next arrow button and go to the feature image of the next post (without leaving the lightbox), and continue on?

The first two posts are slideshows posts so you need to click the first image on those, but click the “zoom” icon and it will open the light box and allow you to surf through each featured image of every post on that page.
