Hi there i real like your theme. but i guess you have a real issue with Safari Browser??. sent you already yesterday a support ticket that i have big issues in IPAD viewing the page… no REPLY till now ;( but today i installed Safari 5.1.7 on my PC and i have exact same issues as on IPAD… looking FWD to get support and find a solution for this!! and a Reply on my Support TICKET

Very simply I want to have my page look the same as this page http://theme-fusion.com/avada/
I want the black background with the 12 images, 4 images in a row. Please check the header for the first 4 images are, Avada Classic, Avada Agency, Avada Cafe and Avada Travel.
If you check this page https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/demo-content-info/import-individual-pages/ the code isn’t there for those content boxes. Please can you forward me the code? I have asked for assistance for this layout and never got the answer properly. I would prefer if you could send the code for this page as you should be able to. Or a link to a page?

Actually it should be part of the classic demo import. Did you do that?
The setup is as follows: Use a full width container. Inside it put 4 1/4 column containers. Into each one fill in a cntered imageframe shortcode and below each imageframe an h2 heading. That is it.

I don’t want to import a demo, I much prefer trying to design my own content.
You have a page https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/demo-content-info/import-individual-pages/ which one can easily download the content for a particular page so downloading a demo with all the pages that I wont use would be unnecessary in my opinion.
Question being which page is that on your https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/demo-content-info/import-individual-pages/ that is the same that I can just download?

Yes, you can simply go to Theme Options and to the Header tab. Ooen the first panel, and switch the header position from side to top.

This has almost definitely been answered before, but sifting through 800 pages of comments. :/
I was wondering if this theme would be compatible with any multi-vendor plugins e.g WC Vendors, Dokan Plugin, Socio Multi Vendor or Product Vendors (by WooThemes) – in essence making it a marketplace? If not – is there any plan in the near future to do this?

Avada is compatible with WooCommerce and generally with most wellcoded plugins. We don’t offer full integration of a multi vendor plugin yet, but you can give one of those a try. We haven’t received incompatibility infos from our userbase so far regarding those.

How many H1 is there on Avada theme?

Generally speaking you will get one H! per page you have, as the H1 are limited to the page title bar. This can also be disabled on per page basis, so you could also have less than one per page. And of course you are free to add any H! yourself to the page content.

Just a small gripe…. it was a bigger gripe, but I’ve calmed down. The search.php page shows the Search form, and “Need a New Search?” text above the fold, and search results below the fold. For 3 hours I thought something was wrong as I wasnt getting any search results. (I was, but they were all below the fold, and with the search fold at the top, looks as if I didn’t receive any results)... 3 hours lost there. THEN searching for how to change the format of search.php… another hour searching. You may think or say to me, “Why didn’t you post the question to our support team, instead of searching”... well, because since 1998 when I started learning HTML, I’ve learned that you better search for an answer before asking anyone in a forum anywhere, lest you be belittled that the question has been asked 10 million times before and if you weren’t so lazy to search first, and quit bothering us…well, you get the picture…. After a decade and a half, I just prefer to find the damn answers… I know, Theme-Fusion support is FANTASTIC… I’m not saying that you guys ever said anything like that, just telling you why I try to find the answers before asking support. Anyway, now that the community support forum is shut down for replies, there is no way for me to supply answers to questions I have found solutions for, and that bums me out too.
I figured out how to change the search.php page to put the search results at the top of the page, and the “need a new search?” and search form below results, and put the new version of search.php in my avada child theme. I CANT BELIEVE HOW EASY IT WAS, AND REALLY CANT BELIEVE AVADA HAS NOT CHANGED THIS FILE IN AN UPDATE. IT TOOK ALL OF 35 SECONDS TO FIX THIS Hopefully anyone else needing this will be able to find this answer, buried here in themeforest.net comment seaction of the avada theme support page. If this solution is on the Theme-Fusion support/knowledgebase pages, I couldn’t find it. The following code should be moved from original location in search.php, to just below<?php get_template_part( 'templates/blog', 'layout' ); ?>
For me, this code started around line 49, and is originally just above the small line of code above… just move this below that line, and save to your Avada Child theme.

We are sorry it took you so long until you could resolve this. But we have some good news for you: in our upcoming release, there will be an option on the search tab of Theme Options, that lets you choose if you want to display the new search form above or below the search results. You can also disable it completely.

I’ve changed and updated all necessary plugins and PHP settings and in report page comes all correct, but when try to install demo it shows this error:

I did it, Thanks. But most of developers develop site on their machine as localhost, so is not possible to give url …, but could duplicate the project.
