Hello. I purchased this theme back in June 887327d4-bb97-4d17-8073-d6f8aad31ca0. I have been building a site, but took a break from working on it. I did receive an email in November with theme updates. I’m trying to finish the site now, and when I go to download the updates, I can not seem to get the files. Is there a way for me to get these theme updates? Thank you, Desiree

I tried that already and it still doesn’t work. In fact it got worse, I can’t even access my wordpress control panel now, when I try and login in I get the same error message. My website is down and this is my busiest time of year for sales:( Any help is much appreciated!

A question concerning the taxes in the shop. In woocommerce settings everything is entered correctly; show prices including VAT, but on the website the products are shown excluding VAT. Any idea what could cause this problem?

after latest woocommerce and theme updates, my theme file seems to be outdated even after trying to manually update it: shoppest/woocommerce/checkout/form-pay.php

Hello, I just uploaded version 3.3 and Im having issues with my main menu and footer menu. When I assign the location of the main menu, it will not remain displayed in the assigned location (at the top of my site), instead I get a message: “Go to Adminpanel > Appearance > Menus to create your menu”, even though the menu is already created and assigned. My second issue is my footer menu will only display the widgets vertical. I wish to have them displayed horizontal just as they were in the previous version of this theme. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi. I installed the latest update and now my client’s product pages are totally broken. You can’t even add things to the cart. The admin page states that I need to update the Sama Bootstrap Shortcodes and Shoppest Post Type but on the plugins page there is no option to update them.. Help urgently needed! Thank you.

for plugin you can found theme inside theme > includes > plugin and you can upload it.
I downloaded the newest version today. I completely uninstalled the old version, and deleted the old files to assure that it was a completely fresh install and still we are having problems. I am no longer getting those plugin errors but the product pages do not look at all correct. They look the same.
I am on WordPress version 4.2.1 and Shoppest version 3.0. My client is still using an old version of wooCommerce (Version 2.2.11) because the new versions of WooCommerce didn’t work with the old theme version. I suggested she update it today now that we updated the Shoppest theme. Do you think that the old WooCommerce version is the problem?

today I installed new version of woocommerce and now cart page shows twice the cart totals, shipping options and to checkout button.
I installed latest theme files, is there something you need to update in this theme to make it work again?
I can hide other cart totals with css temporarily now.

Greetings Are you able to provide or point me to the instructions on how you set up the view for your shoppest theme demo page at http://shoppest.samathemes.com/product-category/women/blazers/ I.e is this using a default page template or the shop template? How do you get the size filter to only filter on the products within the category displayed (using the Woocommerce Layered Nav widget)?
On my site when I add a size filter and display the page using a product filter URL (e.g shop/?product_cat=top-half) the size filter (using the Woocommerce Layered Nav widget assigned to the shop template) It displays the sizes fine but the sizes filters when selected as urls return all products of a specific size (e.g filter url is /shop/?filter_size=16) acoss all products What I need is for it to display only products within the specific category e.g /shop/?product_cat=top-half&filter_size=16)

to display size filter i use WooCommerce Layered Nav widget and place it inside shop sidebar you find it in Appearance > widgets

Hello, please unzip plugin in folder includes > plugins and upload it to folder plugin and you must unzip theme before uploading it theme must be unzipped with name shoppest not themeforest-5490550-shoppest-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme.zip

So i f you need to install plugin in theme please unzip theme at desktop and in side theme you find your zip plugin inside includes > plugins. now go to your site and from wordpress admin > plugin > upload plugin then select any plugin yo need from folders plugin and upload it

So I have to completely remove shoppest and then upload a new version? Will all of my settings and configurations remain or will I have to set it all up again?

Hi, I have installed the Sama Wishlist and compare plugins to a WP site with the shoppest theme (v 2.5), Is their a setting to not show the Add to Wishlist and add to compare icons on Products pages?

sorry, if you install wishlist and compare its display but for whishlist please go plugin settings under woocommerce and in field position make it empty. thanks
