Hello,
i have a responsiveness problem on my tablet and mobile devices:
1* First, on this page: http://bettina-wwwdev.purjus.fr/contact/ When i reduce the window in tablet mode, the middle block encroaches on the left one..and it’s not readable. The responsiveness is not working properly.
2* Second : it’s about the product zoom on the product page. http://bettina-wwwdev.purjus.fr/produit/boot-suede-gatsby-silver/When i’m in mobile mode, the zoom is not visible on the screen. It goes on the right. How can i make it look better or if it’s not possible how can i turn off the zoom just for the mobile device?

1. I have tried to resize to tablet window size and the middle text was showing in the same row with contact form. Can you please send me a screenshot for this so I can see what I can do here.
2. For this, the only way is to disable zoom plugin in mobil mode, so here is the updated code for this:

Can you please show me how to build the uber menu as demonstrated in the fashion demo version of aurum? I have paid for the uber licence however the config is pretty difficult

To get the same menu as in the demo you will have to do it on your own, as the Uber Menu developers don’t let us import the menu just like in the demo and we always need to create one from scratch.

Theme Glitch:
I am discovering that when working in classic mode in the visual and text editor using Aurum my pages do not display correctly.
If I deactivate the visual composer plugin and work in text mode and update a standard page, it still incurs a problem with the layout. If however, I use a default theme provided by WordPress such as twenty-fifteen, that same page displays correctly, regardless of the visual composer plugin.

This is not plugin caused, it’s isolated to the theme itself. Note: I must be able to work in text mode and visual mode, not just VC mode. Can you please review and reply.

Yes, same issue. My reply is equivalent. I can clone page.php and add to the child theme, I can cut and paste code into the same spot, but I’m not a php programmer, I am a front end designer that codes in CSS and HTML.

To get this go to Laborator > Theme Options > Header and set the Top Right menu to WPML Language & Currency Switcher to make it just like in the demo site.

You cannot update the plugins manually, the only way is to get the latest theme update and that’s the only way to update them, the plugin authors have a different policy that’s why we are not allowed to do automatic updates.
Until we release any update of the theme leave it like this because it is not that important.

Unfortunately Aurum does not have a quick-view option like our other theme Oxygen does, so this is not supported in this theme.
Regarding your e-mail, I searched for an e-mail with your username on it but couldn’t find anything, also this is our main support desk so we use the e-mail only when we require the credentials.

Question: Is there a way to be able to delete items from the mini cart? have a little “x” next to a product maybe? going into the cart page to perform this action doesn’t make much sense. This is really a crucial element in the shopping experience..

Hi Ylli, I didn’t fix the problem. I just discovered that if you login as a member then add product to cart, the notification bar will become black. I have created a few accounts and have replicated this issue. Can you provide further advise on this? Thanks

Hey guys. I’m want to create few more websites just for partners to upload their products on their own. All websites are going to be closed for public access and used just for a purpose of creating an individual catalog, export it and then import on a primary web-store. Is it possible to install ur theme again, so our partners could see the catalog preview?
Could you please also make automatic scroll to the top of the page http://store.kapsula.com.ua/shop/ in the catalog. Right now when I switch between pages I remain at the bottom of the page.

For your first question, yes it is possible but you need to purchase a separate license if you are going to use Aurum on other domain, the same license cannot be installed multiple times, its just for one end product, regardless the usage of the theme, the licensing rules apply for Aurum as theme.
For automatic scoll when clicking the pagination here is the code:

Im very disappointed in this theme. now im stuck with a half functioning theme that everytime I use the envato tool to update it I have to go back and re set all my widgets and content. why can’t it just update and not reset everything! I don’t use any customization.

Regarding to widgetised sidebar in Visual Composer, I have tried to include it and worked fine, links where clickable too. See the live example here I have created for you:

When I add an item to cart and click view cart I get the Error 404 page, the same also happens if I Update Totals or Update Cart – what am I missing, the pages are published.

This happens because you may accidentally have delete the cart page, please check the Trash if those pages are deleted and restore them. If this doesn’t work then you can re-install pages simply by going to WooCommerce > System Status, then go to tab Tools and click install pages.

This time question about Pagination. On my page category I’d like to put all products no matter how long. And I set Pagination 20 rows for that in Theme Options. But it still gives me 2 pages of products.

If that still don’t work then please see if you have any bracket “{ }” open on your custom css that is causing this.

WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of VC included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
Currently we are checking if those plugins are working fine on Aurum, and we will update Aurum next week, with all the plugins up to date.

I am already bought the template Aurum minimalist shopping theme, now I had install the content on wordpress. I am filling the theme with my content (t-shirts photos and characteristics) but in the menu “Shop” is nothing there:

The thing here is that you need to import demo content in order to create the same exact shop like we have in our demo site.
So to do this just follow these steps and tell me if it worked for you:
1. Go to WooCommerce > System Status, then choose Tools tab and click Install Pages, like shown in this screenshot http://drops.laborator.co/1klnC
2. Go to Laborator > Demo Content Import, choose the Fashion or any store you want your site to look similar to. Then Click Install Package, import the content.
All products will be imported and you will find them in your WordPress site.
