Hi. You can use $count parameter for each widget to show number of posts as you want. I wrote this in documentation.
I recommend you use $page parameter instead of displaying 200 posts as once, that will slow down your site.

Hi. The template only support sharing button for bottom, so if you want to show buttons for top, you must modify code.
Find in template code the below code:<!-- meta data for post -->Then insert above it with below code:
<include data="post" name="shareButtons" />
All modification like this will be removed after each time you update template. So please book mark this comment and do it again each time you update your site.

Hi. But we already has sharing button at the bottom. If you don’t see on your site, please make sure you enable it in Blog Post widget.

You can enable sidebar for page in SpotSettings ( as I wrote in document ), but can not with ads. If you want a similar thing look like posts, I recommend you use post instead page but set publish year to 2000 or older.

Because in Blogger, images are hosted on Picasa and in most of case, we can not optimized them. You can check with all other Blogger magazine templates to see.

Ads box only stay on right side in RTL language. Loading effect is for faster loading speed, we don’t need everything as once until reader need. At this time, we can not disable that effect.
