You can enable sidebar for page in SpotSettings ( as I wrote in document ), but can not with ads. If you want a similar thing look like posts, I recommend you use post instead page but set publish year to 2000 or older.

Because in Blogger, images are hosted on Picasa and in most of case, we can not optimized them. You can check with all other Blogger magazine templates to see.

Ads box only stay on right side in RTL language. Loading effect is for faster loading speed, we don’t need everything as once until reader need. At this time, we can not disable that effect.

Not only my item, all magazine blogger templates here were decoded. I don’t think with only $21, we must provide a developer version and then support for all developing activities. We support customizing template, not developing template.

Even with Extended License, that license is only for selling your site for your customer.

I think you want my decode template to learn and make your own template for selling some where or on this market, and you can not then angry. But hope you can understand policy of Themeforest clearly, decode template is not required.

As I said, I build up a home page HTML as I like, then put it into content of my post (example: http://magonedemo.blogspot.com/2000/07/blogging-for-affiliaters.html). Home page, static page, post page are similar, they are different URL but actually simple HTML pages. The template work with HTML code, not the page type or URL. If you are developer, you must understand that, right?
