Did you Regenerate thumbnails after you did this?
If not then follow this procedure:
If your thumbnails are not correctly cropped, you can regenerate them by following these steps:
1. Go to Plugins > Add New
2. Search for “Regenerate Thumbnails” (created by Viper007Bond)
3. Install and activate that plugin.
4. Go to Tools > Regen. Thumbnails
5. Click “Regenerate All Thumbnails” button and let the process to finish till it reaches 100 percent.

On all my pages I have put a separator (thin gold line) and a centred small image at the bottom, just above the footer section. The small image I have used is :

I’m hoping that I can do this in Custom CSS by modifying the shop styles. For example, if I do this it adds a margin at the bottom… if I could some how add in the separator+image that’d be fantastic.

Any ideas please???
BTW, I launched my new website this week and it was built using the AURUM theme… have a look. I hope you like it.

Firstly, congrats for launching the site, it looks pure and clean. It is a big proudness for us that you or your client uses our theme.
If you want that separator to include on each page I suggest you to do this in the other way because if you want to repeat everywhere that it will cause so much pain for each page so instead here are the easy steps:
1. Open wp-content/themes/aurum/tpls/footer.php
2. Between line 15 and 16 put your separator code or shortcode in this way:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[the_shortcode_from_visual_composer_here]'); ?>
It would help you and save so much time. If you don’t know how exactly to put that I can assist you further.

Thank you, that’s excellent.
That is exactly what I want except for one small thing. The separator always goes to full_width of the page, where as the main content of the page is not full_width.
I have tried experimenting with the shortcodes in the footer where I have added the modifications but cannot get it to work.
[vc_row container_wrap=”” full_width=”” <—tried different values for full_width
I have linked in a pic showing what I would like to achieve. Hope this makes sense.

That testing was done on my localhost machine. I don’t do testing or dev on my product site.
In the footer file, is it possible to wrap those shortcodes in something that handles the full_width/not full_width setting like the content of regular pages. Eg. For my ABOUT US pages (and all the others), I have the page level setting of Full Width = FALSE.
Does that make sense?

That isn’t possible in the footer, you can just modify the HTML on yourself but then on every update you’ll lose the modification if you’re not using the Child theme.

Hi there,
I have product A with variations Small and Medium. Small comes in variations Blue and Green but Medium only comes in Blue. If I go to purchase the product and select Medium, both Blue and Green pops up in the Colour variation drop down. It won’t let you select Green but it’s there so it is quite confusing for people.
I changed to the default Twenty Fifteen theme to test if it was a problem with WooCommerce or the theme but it works perfectly normal with the Twenty Fifteen theme. Can you please help?

I saw what is the issue, because of the plugin we use selectpicker which is not working fine with our theme.

And replace it in:
wp-content/themes/aurum/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/

Firstly, Thanks for your kind words. It is quite strange how this happens. Can you please try to create new page with Contact template and copy the contents of current contact page you have and see if it will work, otherwise I will need to login to your wp and see whats the problem.

I want to buy your theme and use the Bookshop version. I have three pre-sales questions please;
1. Below the book image on home page carousel & on the Books page, i can see book title, category. Is it possible to add another line of text (e.g. author name) through admin panel?
2. Is it possible to make price visible even without mouse over? Or can i hide price altogether?
3. On single products page, is it possible to use external product type (external link instead of Add to Cart) in Bookshop version of the theme (like in Fashion version) ?

How can i …........ a) make the side nav arrows stay visible at all times and… b) can i include dotted navigation at the bottom of the slider. You know how some sliders have “dots” •••• to show you how many images there are in that slider.

by the way, i did another test on another server ( last version of wordpress with the last version of your theme ) and i see exactly the same problem with arrows prev/next on products and same problem with the contact form… !?

Firstly I am sorry about the issues you are encountering. We are continuously trying to make theme compatible with latest versions of plugins included and thus the error you are encountering with Contact form is because of new Visual Composer version, so here is the quickfix for that:
1. Download this archive http://drops.laborator.co/T6YC
2. Extract and upload/replace those php files in this directory:
wp-content/themes/oxygen/inc/lib/visual-composer/laborator-shortcodes/
It should fix the problem with contact form.
To fix the issue with Next and prev in Aurum please download this file:
http://drops.laborator.co/12ZV5And replace it in this directory:
/wp/wp-content/themes/aurum/tpls/
It should do the trick.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.4) and the latest version for the moment is (2.4.1), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
P.S: Don’t forget to update WooCoomerce also, it contains fixes for Chrome 44 bug.
When you do the update of theme and plugins, just write us again here on this thread and we will proceed with your questions

1. Please do not exclude Image Magnifier. It is working alright. It is because one doesn’t input any price for a item then IM doesn’t work. But if one input a price then it is OK.
2. Pagination. It shows 3 or 4 rows and then goes page 2 instead of 20 rows. I don’t know why.

Hi, first of all thank you for this amazing Aurum theme.
We have purchased the Aurum theme (Book Store version). We are having a problem with the menu in the header.
The drop-down menu works fine in the computer’s browser, but it doen’t work in mobile devices. Could you give us directions how to make the menu to work for mobile.
Another issue with the main menu in the header, is that the selected page item in the menu is not highlighted as selected.

1.The site I’m working on is an RTL one. there is an issue with the zoom output that remains on the right side instead of showing on the left. since the product now displays on the right of the screen. the zoom output is way off on the right. any code to fix that?
2.on the same matter, does the theme support yith zoom magnifier? i tried installing it to test it but without any luck..
