2. You have to disable the default(automatic) positioning from the plugin settings and look into the plugin documentation for a shortcode. For your project you may have to make modifications on the code or look for a plugin which adds certain functions.

can you please try to make a new post with the video that did not work. Sometimes youtube’s api doesn’t work as expected. The theme will try to download the thumb again. I’ve tested here locally with one of your videos that did not work and it looks like it’s working fine.

i tried that and it didnt work, infact this issue has happened to the last 6 videos we have put on and these was over a period of days, so for this issue with the youtube api to happen consistently over the period of three days i think the issue is coming from elsewhere.

Also, i updated the theme (thinking it may be the issue) to find the content on my homepage all moved to the left?

Try to disable all plugins, enable only visual composer, create a new post and see if the issue is still there. Also check on the error.log for clues about the cause of this issue. If you can’t find it send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , include a link to this conversation and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can take a look.

I updated the Visual composer plugin. It seems to be working. I checked with P3 Plugin profiler, and Visual composer is not using much resources anymore. Site is working fine as well.

1. in 20 hours we will release an update to Newsmag with CTP support and new grids for categories stay tuned. 2. All the blocks and the loop from the main page have the same filtering options from Newspaper: http://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ the documentation is form newspaper but the settings are the same.

Our custom taxonomy support for blocks is not yet finished but I’m working on it. Basically we want to have full CPT and taxonomy support in all the parts of the theme.

1. Does the Ajax drop-down filter on the content blocks support Custom Taxonomies?. This feature is very important for me and will decide whether I purchase this theme or not (which, IMO is the best magazine theme available as of today). If not, can you please add this feature in a future release?

2. Does the menu support CPTs and Custom Taxonomies (similar to what UberMenu offers)?

3. What exactly do you mean by “we want to have full CPT and taxonomy support in all the parts of the theme” – (eager to know as) it sounds very exciting! Also, is there a road map/time frame for the same?

1. Unfortunately theme’s new custom post types and taxonomies system hasn’t been extended for blocks yet however this is still in development mode and as Radu also noted, if it’s technically possible we will extend the cpt and taxonomies functionality on blocks features and filters.

2. I’m not very familiar with ubermenu’s settings and features so I’m not quite sure what you mean however at the moment custom post types can be added to the menu as menu items but you can’t use theme’s mega menu features for your custom taxonomies, this is still under development.

3. In time we plan to adjust all theme’s features to support custom post types/taxonomies unfortunately I can’t offer you an exact answer on this now because we still need to review the possibility and the solutions available in this regard so I can’t provide you an extract date or details on this. Sorry!

Fist of all you should update the theme if possible.

On the latest version of the theme try this: edit /js/tagdiv_theme.js and delete this: http://screencast.com/t/coobQQFLUgd . Please disable the speed booster if you are using that. If you want to use the old version, look in td_site.js for that same code.

Hey, I’ve solved my own problem…. If anyone else has this issue, it seems there’s a conflict between the supersubs jquery code in td_site.js or tagdiv_theme.js (depending on which Newsmag release) and vimeo embed code. My fix for this is to comment out or delete the supersubs code around line 21/22 and then add this CSS…
