Hi Azelab, all my pictures are in lower saturation – in the gallery grid, in the expanding gallery, on a single work or on a full width single work.
Only in the full width view (click on the enlargement button) or in a slider they are in right saturation. Why is this and how can I change it?!

Hi I need to add an image link or a text link in the gallery description of each gallery image. But the link will not display when added.
I have added the link to the first gallery image ‘Printer Ink Cartridges’ – the description text displays but ‘View Website’ link does not work.

With this command it is possible to insert a icon. [su_mental_our_services_item icon=”” title=”” description=”” animate=”“] Is there a place i can see pictures of all icons, because if i have to try all the diffenrent icons out to see what it is and how it looks, it will take many hours.

Hello, I’m working with Mental-theme on a onepage template (no overworked demo, built from sketch, supersimple) with a slider in top section content field (shortcode su_slider), with “top section high = as screen” and top menue when scrolling down.
When I insert anchors down the site and insert links in menue wit URL: #anchor this happens: everytime I klick in Menue the site will scroll up to show the top section. My anchor tags look like:

Dear andrux, yes, currently we don’t have this feature. Almost all users use small galleries of 30-50 photos. Though we are thinking to add this feature for user like you who add big stock of pictures

Hi blscomputersolutions, these features you mentioned aren’t available, though you can customize this theme in the way you wish using child theme, or just modifing main theme(if you modify main theme, it will be overwritten when theme updated)
Hello! I’m trying to add a Vimeo video to a gallery, but for some reason it won’t show up in the gallery. I looked through all the Wordpress theme documentation and followed the advice given in previous comments to insert the Vimeo shortcode when you create a gallery, but that doesn’t seem to be working. Is there an important step I’m missing?

Vimeo video insterted in gallery post in the same way like youtube insterted in wordpress. Just enter url of your video from vimeo to description text area

I have on the frontpage of my site, a gallery, with some pictures. I have added som text and the Excerpt. some how there is 3 pictures that dosent behave as wanted, even through they have the same setup as the rest of them. When clicking the picture there is a read more button, and when i click this it should open the picture with the text under it. But picture 2-4 on the first line dosent do that. Picture 1 from the left does., and on line 2 and up, it looks like it work there as well. Do you know what is wrong?

I am as you know translating the .pot file, and there is one word “comment” that appears twice. Poedit wont allow this and therefor cant compile a .mo file and only a .po file. i then opened that .po file and poedit said that it has fixed the error by removing these lines, wich mean i cant translate that word. Can you tell me what to do about that? and when i am done translating, what should the file be called, i think it could be mental da_DK?

Hi Daniel, To translate theme you have to put translations files to /wp-content/languages/themes/mental-da_DK.mo it will not be overwritten by theme update. New version of .pot file we can send you Monday.

I have some questions. In the theme there is a build in price table. i would like to change the words “buy it now” to something else. Cant find this in the .pot file. Where can i change this?

I have a problem. I have downloaded this themes demo content and begun modifying it to my needs. I noticed that the slider on the frontpage won’t make the text responsive, and therefor i cant see All the text on mobile devices. Do you know how how to fix this?
If you mean Layer Slider, it is responsive. Just use Layer Slider’s features to get what you want. Layer Slider is very famous slider plugin, with tutorials and documentation, and surely it support responsive mode.
That’s it. If the responsive part dosent work, the text is so big on my mobile that i can only see the beginning, is it Then the plugin creater i should contact?
Also make sure “responsive” option is enabled in the plugin settings

Hello: I received the error that the CSS scripts were missing. In reviewing your “popular” errors and issues, it appears that I’m receiving this because I am not installing this theme on a Wordpress.org site but a .com site. Is this correct? I do not want a .org; I’ve purchased and paid for a .com many moon’s ago. Even if I did want the other Wordpress, can you please kindly tell me where in your features/promotional information it says, clearly, that it will only work on a .org?
Or am I wrong?
I sure hope I am because I do not see this disclaimer anywhere. So if I’m incorrect and it does install on my .com, please let me know how to do (the ‘easy fix’ you mention).
If none exists, I really do wish to have my money returned. I’m very glad this theme has been successful for you as it is a lovely theme (I will be very disappointed if I cannot use it), but I simply cannot spend $60 then find out afterwards the theme will not work.

This theme has nothing to do with com or org. Domain name doesn’t matter. This theme is installed to any wordpress website.

Hi, regarding the gallery with full size page with slider and thumbnails, how can I control which images will appear as thumbnails? And am I limited to 6? Thank you!
Under appearance/theme settings/woocommerce tab you would see 3 parametr settings
If you are using expanding version of woocommerce, then click “Insert shortcode” button, in appeared window click Mentas tab, there click Mentas Product Gallery link. It will bring a window where you can select various of parametrs
That will generate this kind of shortcode [su_mental_woo_gallery category=”9” load_on_scroll=”yes” fixed_items=”yes” items_per_page=”10” columns_count=”4” id=”1”]
You will have to remove existing shortcode.
Actually, I’m referring to the demo image of the bridge titled, “Single Work full width with Thumbnails.” I can’t seem to figure out how the images are chosen to show up in the thumbnails.
Also, how can I control the contrast of the menu filter titles in the gallery? They are hardly visible behind the black background. Thx.
That image added as “featured image” and appeared both as thumb and full image.
You can change color skin and that filter will change too, or just override with custom css
Ok, yes, I believe I need some custom CSS, please, as I tried adjusting the skin for Primary text color but it changed all the text on the site. I just want the filter titles to be white. Is that possible?
