Every time I do an update with this theme is destroys my colors that I added and now I just updated to the latest and I am getting Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_map_get_attributes() in /home/pathtotheme/structure/inc/vc-template/vc_row.php on line 30 How do I fix this?

Today, My client told me to ditch this theme, they are upset with all the bugs and the entire updating process, what a shame i really liked the look and feel of this theme, but i agree with them, hopefully in the future you will get a grip on these problems and correct them, and will be able to use this theme for another client, we feel we wasted good money and a lot of time with this theme…..

yes, i am very disappointed in the way the theme updates, we kept loosing our work every time we updated the theme, and YES WE WERE USING A CHILD THEME, that’s the whole point in child themes so you don’t loose your work/changes after updating the core files, we already uninstalled your theme and we looking into one that’s not problematic, it would of been nice if you would of taken the time to correct this, for this reason i would not even consider purchasing another theme for you. i have been ranting abut this issue from day one and you have done nothing to fix it, i see others are having the same issue. we should get a refund, you wasted my time and my clients time.

If you can’t fix your own demos and can’t support your clients, I’m stunned you are getting such a high rating. I buy a lot of themes from Themeforest and what I don’t need is a headache theme particularly when updating. What a shame.

In this version we only focus to make theme work smooth with latest version of Visual Composer, if your site work well, you don’t need to update theme.
well i am still working on the site, but would like to update, kinda waiting until you take the time and fix your updating process, this theme always overwrites my work and yes i am using the child theme, just wanted to know when your are going to fix the updating process so we do not have to spend extra time trying to fix it or replace lost data, i know when i update my theme will be broken…..any idea when we will have smooth updating process like other themes? not trying to be critical just that this theme has been problematic from the start when it comes to updating theme or plugins, you must be tired of the complaints…
