Hi there, I currently run a website that uses structure them, they got V3 of structure theme and it is very slow. Is it recommended to update it for faster loading speeds but im worried that this may crash the website.

Hello I bought the theme yesterday. I have been importing the demo data for more than 18 hours. I wanted the demo data so that it’s easier for me to customize and change the website.
Support told me to increase max_input_vars to 10000 which I have done but the behaviour is still the same.
I’m requesting for a refund.
It stays at “Adding Custom Post Type product” forever.
Or what else could I be missing?

1. 3. We can’t help with the virus. You can update the theme and require/recommend plugins to the latest version, then contact the hosting to check server security.
2. If you want to reset your site, you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/. However all data will be gone when you reset the site.
4. That’s right, www.tuboacero.com is using our theme Structure.

I have been looking for the option to edit social media URLs on the footer. I cant seem to find the option. When I go to Widget area, the option is not available. Please where can I edit social media URLs displayed on the footer ?
Our hosting company wants everyone to update their PHP to 8.0, however when we do that the site crashes showing a critical error, and not able to access the admin dashboard. Do you have any suggestion about how to handle this? Has teh theme been updated to be compatible with PHP 8.0?

Hello, I have a problem with the theme update. When I try to access the images of my library from the backend /wp-admin/upload.php I have no images that load even if I deactivate all the plugins. On the other hand, if I change the theme, I have the images that load. I have version 6.0.1 of WP and version 7.1.4 of the theme. Do you have an idea to solve this problem?
