That is happening because you have updated WooCoomerce to the latest version 24.1 which is not supported by us, until we release a new update to Aurum this week.

To get a homepage like in our demo page then the best idea would be to import the demo content and if you want to built a mega menu then you need to purchase the UberMenu plugin which is a premium plugin, the theme only supports but does not include it.

Hi Eugen,
When you install the demo content all the pages will be imported from our demo site, you should see it in the pages section.
Have you got the UberMenu plugin yet so you can just start building the menu then, there is not any option to import the same menu just like ours so you will have to built it in your own, we have contacted them but they don’t allow this.

I have update to woocommerce 2.4.0 before your warning message. there is no problem to update to Aurum v2.5 later ?

We will update Aurum to the version 2.5 this week, it will not cause any problem 
P.S: In the future please don’t update WooCommerce if we haven’t pushed an update that will support the latest version of WC because it may bring any problem to your site.

I absolutely love this theme but I have a few questions.
1. Social media links in the footer are not pulling from the social media links I updated in the theme options.
2. The theme supports 3 menus, I understand one if for mobile, but how do I get the second menu to appear? I have a menu set to be the secondary menu.
3. How can I get the social media icons in the header? I want to place them next to the search.

1. If you’re using this shortcode then it should get the same list as in your theme options: [lab_social_networks]
2. The secondary menu is when using the centered header, there will appear a secondary menu below the main one.
3. You can just paste the code I pasted above anywhere and it should paste all the social networks anywhere.

i have it set on the center menu and no secondary menu is appearing. When I put the short link for social media in, it shows up as a bulleted list.

I’m in the process of expanding my business ventures with a clothing brand; I think your theme is exactly what I’m looking for.
I was just wondering what font was used in the “Aurum” logo? I am still branding my business and I’ve fallen in love with that font!
If my business name looks good in that font (I like the square-ness, and how tight fitting it is in the header) it will definitely be yet another incentive to buy this theme.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

No I didn’t, no idea how that happened, though woocommerce is now telling me that my theme has outdated files. I replaced the laborator PHP with the original downloaded file and it is working again now

EDIT: I saw that you are using Visual Composer 4.5.3, with the latest version of our theme.
Please make sure to update all your plugins by going to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support. Specially Visual Composer 4.6.2.

This is very weird, i have not seen any problem like this until now, i inspected your site and it looks that the problem is coming from a third party plugin, something that is called “dokan”.
Please disable all third party plugins (that don’t come with our theme) one by one and check if your problems are fixed.

I tried to fix this but i’m really sorry, this can’t be fixed, this is a plugin issue, because it overwrites core theme files, it will bring you more and more problems in the future. So it doesn’t worth it.

Thank you for reporting this but just to let you know that this is not really important anymore because in WordPress themes there are a lot of plugins and scripts that add their own style in their own way so it will never be perfect as we want it.
Anyway I promise you that we’ll check this and see what we can do to fix some of the warnings and issues above.

After the last WC update, an old problem that you had provided several fixes for has returned, and I cannot remember which the correct one was, so I must ask you again… the problem is that the main product image on the single product page is not resizing but is being cropped. Seconday images do resize, though.

If you encounter this issue again, we have made an alternative way of fixing this, so go to Theme Options > Shop:
http://drops.laborator.co/ksPJEnter “original” value and click Save changes, see if that works for you. If so its permanent fix which will be saved in theme options.
