Hello, it’s me AGAIN lol. i almost finished my website your theme SAVED MY LIFE! i have another website to do and i wanted to use this theme BUT i have a problem : i have already baught another theme and started the job but your theme is waaay much better so i erased all my work and downloaded the theme but i didn’t find the pages of the theme ( home, blog, gallery…) there is nothing on the pages to start with! what should i do? (sorry if i can not express myself i am frensh lol). Thank you so much

Firstly, sorry for the delay. We managed to fix the bug with ‘Products with filter’ shortcode. Old demo data do not fully work with the latest theme version and that’s why a new demo data version was built. You’ll get all these bug fixes and one-click demo install in the new update which is currently waiting for approval.

ok thank you! and what should i do to update the new version? should i download it and install it or there is another way to do?

The easiest way to update the theme is by using Envato Toolkit. Check this link for the step-by-step procedure.

What sort of time frame are we looking at for demo content for latest version? I have just purchased your theme today. Thanks

The visual composer has started days after your awnser, very weird. but i have an other question. My 1st lines in the “blog” post is an link. but if i see the thumbnail with the first line of my blog its not a link. check: http://www.binnenveldsgoed.nl/

After activating the woocommerce plugin it brings the site to a blank screen.

Problem solved! Bakery CPT plugin should have been updated to the latest version before installing WooCommerce. :)

Experience wordpress admin here. Installed theme and the one-click demo import doesn’t seem to exist on this installation. I see you just released a new version…so I’m guessing has something to do with that. I prefer to start with demo content in place. Is it possible to get a link to import it or have that fixed on the site? I can send you my admin login details if you need it.

Thanks for the purchase. You’re correct. Since many new features were introduced in v1.2 the demo content is currently not available. We’re preparing a new version and it will be ready within few days, hopefully within one or two days. So please be patient and we’ll take care to inform you when it’s ready.

It’s looking very nice, thank you :) I have a couple of questions. 1) I can’t seem to add the “products with filter” it’s just not working, is there an issue with that? 2) When I add a “featured image” to a product, and then look at the product, say from the shop page, the photo is not cropping itself to appear vertical, as it did in the previous version. Could you please help us? Thank you!

1. That’s a bug that has been fixed in update 1.2.1. Also, logo resizing issue has been covered in the latest update. All you need to do is install the latest theme version and everything will work fine for you.

2. After you install the latest version, you’ll need to regenerate the thumbnails using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to fix the problem with image cropping.

Just uploaded the new version but the menus are haywire! Menu location on the right and on the left work, but the main menu full is not visible.

Hi! I’m trying to update my visual composer but every time I do that it says: “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.” When I go to the settings it says I don’t have enough permits to access. Could you help me? Thanks!

Hi again, that option is available only for those who have purchased Visual Composer directly from CodeCanyon. You should first deactivate and delete the current version of Visual Composer, then install the new version from Appearance > Install Plugins. Kind regards

I am very confused and currently upset. I saw the notification for the new update, and clicked the link. However I do not know what happened but my site is completely different now and has lost all information.

The theme name is Bakery and the Theme URI is now from http://dinozoom.com

Like I said all i did was press the update button from the WordPress theme management. I would attach pictures to show you the drastic difference but it will not allow me. Please let me know if you have any idea what is going on or how I can go about getting your files again so that this can be fixed.

Could you please be more clear. Not sure if we are talking about the same theme. From your comment I can understand that you’re talking about another Bakery theme not ours.

After the latest update, visual composer is at version 4.5.3, but the latest version is 4.6.2. Why?

As previously stated, first you need to deactivate and delete the current version of VC, then install the new version from Appearance > Install Plugins.

In Bakery 1.2 we’ve made a big change in the way how main menu works. Now four different header types are supported. If the main menu is not visible you need to re-set the theme location from Appearance>Menus. Note that for header type ‘logo in the middle’ now you need to create two menus and set to ‘Main Menu Left’ and ‘Main Menu Right’ theme locations accordingly.

Ah, well … I sensed something for the full menu with middle position.

1. You’ll need to update Bakery CPT plugin by first deactivating and deleting the current version, then installing the new version from Appearance>Install Plugins. Note that in the new Bakery CPT version, the old slider will be removed and only Revolution Slider will be available for use. Next you’ll have to insert again all the products because ‘Products’ custom post have been replaced with ‘Portfolio’ to not cause confusion with the WooCommerce’s custom post – ‘Products’. Finally, you’ll need to regenerate the thumbnails using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

2. That option applies to the pages and can be found on pages. :)

3. That’s not a bug. You should put all the categories under a parent category and then use ‘Portfolio with filter’ VC shortcode to show them in your page.

Hello. We updated to the latest version this morning but huge problem with the logo in the header. The logo is no longer resizing down to a smaller version. We uploaded a large (600px wide) png logo and selected for it to display at 200px wide so it looks crisp. Logo is not resizing and now displaying at full size of 600 px wide. Also, problems with the Visual Composer too since the upgrade. We’ve downgraded back to the old version for now until these bugs are worked out. Just a heads up.

Hi, just uploaded a sample logo <1000px and everything worked well. Could you please provide us a link to your site so we have a closer look at your issue. Also note that Bakery 1.2 is fully compatible with Visual Composer 4.6.2. The recommendation was to not update VC to the latest version without first upgrading the theme to the latest version.

OK, we tried it again and everything is perfect! Love the new options in the latst version. ONE QUESTION – We really liked the old slider. Is there anyway to add it to the new version of the theme – if so, how? The old slider had something really cool about it and if we can use it in the new version, life will be great!!!
