It is not working because I used “word word” and not “word”. When I use only one word it’s working.

Hello, to assign a gallery item to more than one category you need to hold ctrl/command key and select categories. The filter supports only text. In case the category text is comprised by more than one word it seems that does not function for the moment but we’ll fix it in the next update. Thanks for your feedback.

Hello, there are two alternatives for this:

1. Update the theme to the latest version but you’ll have to insert again all your products and regenerate the thumbnails using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

2. Provide us your ftp & wp details and we’ll take care to customize it for you.

Sorry for the late response. We took care of your comment and implemented that on update 1.2.1. The update is already ready for download. So first please update your current theme and then select Category Thumbnail as Category Header Background from Bakery>Shop settings.
