I have one question: on iPhone/iPad the navigation seems to have a problem. You must press twice on the menu-items. One click does not work. Please check this. It is an error. Can you help me?

It is true for the menu items that has sub level items. It is tricky though sometimes you need to see the hover effect of the item also.

Markus I checked your website with an IPad 2 / IOS 8.4 ( landscape and portrait ) and IPhone 6 and i don’t see any issue with the navigation. Can you please move this discussion to our support forum at http://support-rt.com and provide us more details about your devices. ( OS / Model etc. ) Also, we can provide you our test results with a screencast.

We found the issue! It only happens when you are using 8.4.1 there is no issue with 8.4. There will be an update for the theme soon and the issue will be fixed as well. Hi. I’m administrator of a website using your theme. After updating the wordpress to version 4.3 the slider (Revolution Slider) and shortcodes stop working. Theme version before wordpress update was 1.7.1. After the wordpress update I update and the theme to 1.8.2, but the slider and shortcodes still doesn’t work. What should I do?

Hi, i purchased the theme and added wpglobus language switcher plugin but it is not seen on the main navigation menu, just a blank near the last list item. But seen on footer and top navigation menu. What should i do?

How can i modify top bar like yours http://rtthemes.com/demo/?theme=rttheme18 ? How can i add languages to the top bar? When i select show top bar, items on the top bar are same as the main navigation menu but yours is not.

The theme support the wpml plugin. The wp globus language plugin is not supported. The flags in our demo are from the wpml plugin.
If you want to add that plugin and its flag you need to recode the theme core files.

you could try polylang and do a forum search for polylang on how to customize the theme wpml functions in case there is a backend error message.
Note also polylang is not advertised as being supported by the theme but polylang claims to be wpml compatible. Its their advertisement !

Hello, I speack for my customer, I have buy the theme for him friday. Him name it’s “mircea2015”. So, my question it’s, On the “Our product”page, the side bar it’s on the right side, How i can move on the left side?
I just set up from product page the “content and left side”. that’s work for the product item page, for category page, but for the our-products/ page it’s not moved.

If the page is using the default products template you can change it in the template that page is using. Open the template in the template builder and then you can change the layout of that template to a left, right sidebar or full width.

I dont know what a viode is. You mean video? You can add that by using the rt theme video shortcode or visual composer element in a row at the location where you want the video to appear.

Well, ye, can do that, and usually am going to your forums with more specific and in-depth enquiries or to look for help / give feedback or suggestions.
It’s just easier to quickly ask here for something as basic and mandatory as latest WP version compatibility.

HI there. I have 2 questions please:
1) My client is uploading featured product images of different sizes and when browsing through the categories, products images and listing are not begin aligned properly. In the styling option there is an option of maximum height, however if the image is small it reduced the height of the whole image container and hence product listing will not be aligned. Am I missing something here?
2) How can I make the sub-category item listing on the left menu to hide, and only show when the user clicks on the main category?
