The sorting drop down menu is being hidden behind the product tile. I have tried changing the Z-Index and various other things but I cannot work out what the issue is.

I got a problem. I can’t remove the spacing between menu items as you can see on the printscreen http://oi57.tinypic.com/157noug.jpg and it’s not a problem with padding. Can you help me? I’ve stuck on this, and have no idea how to fix it :/ All menu styles are default, i just added background #000 to ul.nav class and #999 to ul.nav li a.
p.s. adding float: left to ul.nav > li fixes my problem but on the other website where i need the menu items to have right align this method is not the best because then menu items have reversed order. I thought i can change the order from asc to desc but i don’t know is this a correct solution.

If you’re using the UberMenu, this should do the fix by simply pasting it in the Custom CSS:
.transparent-header .site-header .ubermenu.ubermenu-skin-none .ubermenu-item.ubermenu-item-level-0>.ubermenu-target>.ubermenu-target-title {

}

There are a lot of plugins that can do this work for you, we don’t have included on the theme any Instagram feed.

Hello! I’ve updated my woocommerce and wordpress to the latest versions. Now when i try to manage pages in admin i get blank white screen, no problem with woocommerce items or blog posts, only with pages. I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins but it doesn’t help. I can see my pages list only when i switch to another theme. Disabling all plugins don’t help, so the problem is not in plugins. I’ve also turned on debug mode in wp-config and it shows the error – Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct() instead. in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 3457. Can you please help me fix this problem? I think it’s related to this theme. Thanks!

WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of VC included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

Are you able to use the slider or not, if you still can use it then there is no problem with that, if you can’t access it anymore then please e-mail us your login credentials and we will install it manually otherwise just wait for the theme update cause it is not necessary updating it immediately when they release the update.

Guys, pls respond as this has been going for almost 2 days. I noticed there are some changes in my WP, are you guys still working on it or is it done?
Two other problems that I found: 1. LayerSlider WP I got this msg “You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code.”
Don’t tell me I need to get another license…I thought when I bought this theme, its already included.
2. Envato WordPress Toolkit – Update Required Current Version 1.7.2 and asking to update to 1.7.3. I updated and saw msg updated successfully. But when I go back to the list of installed plugins, I still see the same version 1.7.2 (update required). Delete and re-installed and still no use. I have already escalated this to my web host and not sure if this is the problem from them or its the theme.
This is really frustrating, just signed up for the web hosting and bought this theme recently hoping can start using/selling my products immediately, yet this thing happened.
At least you guys should give me updates on what the heck happened?

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

Hi, reposting my problem from the other comment section.
The VC Product Carousel filter works if I have just one taxonomy in the query, but if I have more than one they seem to cancel each other out and just show all the products.
So I can filter for, say, “+green” or “+large” but if I search for “+green +large” it just shows me all the products. Likewise, the ”-” filter doesn’t work at all when combined with anything else. So filtering “+green -small” will likewise show all the products, instead of just the ones that meet the query. Am I doing something wrong?

even after updating the php n increasing the limits etc, the books page of the demo content is still broken when i deleted and reinstalled wordpress. i spent the 2.5hrs with namecheap (host) to help to increase this deleting and reinstalling

Hi for my site, i just downloaded and added the bookstore demo content. But everything appeared twice ! pages links etc

1— The pages and the menu is appearing twice because you have tried to import demo content 2 times. Can you please install Aurum on a fresh install of Wordpress?
2— This is a known issue, and we will fix that on the next update
3— Have you checked if you have Recommended PHP Configuration Limits? Because this problem, and other theme problems happen when an user have old version of PHP and low configuration limits.
