Currently making social network icons rounded is not supported but we will add this in the future versions.

As per like button, add this code in functions.php in the end of file:

We are having a problem with checkout with the latest version 2.5 and with the latest WooCommerce version 2.4.5. After adding items to the cart and going to the checkout page, we are getting the preloader animated icon on the right site (under Your Order) that will not go away and will not allow checkout. The Your Order section and the Payment Method section are grayed out and never loads fully. This is on a dev site. It is working fine on the live site with older versions of the theme and plugin. Can you take a look to see what is happening?

Hi, i’m having a few problems with Aurum theme. 1. when i have it activated i can’t “Save All Changes” in Theme Options, the icon keeps spinning and never stops. 2. When trying to choose a new image in “Product Image”, i can’t see any image in the Media Library (i have more than 200 photos loaded). 3. When i click at “Appearance / Customise” it links to a blank page without anything on it. If i switch to Twenty Thirteen theme, i don´t have any of this problems. Regards Marcelo

1. Can you please update Aurum to the latest version for the moment 2.5. If you are using the latest version and this problem is still present, then you may have to configure Minimum PHP Configuration Limits on your server.

Increasing your limits should solve your problem.

2 and 3: This question is related to theme developer and I am unable to give you any solution about this because I am not backend developer.

Our theme developer Arlind or Art can help you with this, but they took the vacation and they will be back on 24 August.

Hi There, just purchased this theme today and fully installed with demo content. However the checkout buttons doesnt seem to work. When clicked it adds #proceed to the address bar but nothing happens. Theme version 2.5

Also the extra gallery images on products seem to navigate straight to their file URL rather than changing the main pic?

You are using an old version of our theme (2.4) and the latest version for the moment is (2.5), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support, specially Visual Composer :)

Hi! I have a problem with the shop on mobile devices: the price of an article in the shop is shown without the tax – on desktop device the price is shown WITH the tax. So there is no problem inside the adjustments….. please help….

it is solved ;) the problem was the basic customer address! don’t use “geolocate” – only the shop basic address !!

Hi, i am having problems with product variations. i have 3 colors of an item with 3 sizes on each. I am trying to set one size of one color as out of stock, i have created a variation for each product size and color. However when i switch an item to out of stock the color dropdown menu disapears on the product page.

Is there a fix for this?

The reason why it is not displaying login/register is because you have not enabled the registering mode on your site, if you enable it and check it again you’ll see it will change.

I want to purchase this theme but have following questions:

1. We have more than one websites. will we be able to apply this theme on all of our sites using regular license?

2. Can we change the look and feel unique for each of our site?

3. We do have Secure Trading Payment gateway account. Will this theme work with it flawless?

4. We are just migrating from Prestashop to Woo-commerce. So, we are in the beginning phase. Will it be difficult or easy for us to learn and transform?

5. Do this theme provide options like popups for newsletter, promotions or something we want to give our customer a first look or do we have to purchase other plugins?

1— You need to buy 1 license for one site, if you want to use Aurum on more sites you need to buy more licenses ( 3 sites, 3 licenses) More information for License Details

2— You can change colors, font, and menus from the Theme Options.

5. Nope we don’t offer that feature, we have created a plugin Like 2 Discount – Coupons for Likes for those who want to extend some features.

I have a question questions that I need help with.

1.) I noticed there is a little glitch on my cart(both empty and full), that adds extra width to the page while viewing it via mobile. I am wondering if you can help me remove the extra width so it appears correct on mobile devices.

2.) I also noticed on your Aurum demo, that you guys have a notice in under your cart that visually appears a lot nicer on your mobile cart and doesn’t move while toggling the ‘Calculate shipping’. 4.) I am also wondering is there a feature yet that shows the location details for the google maps icons?

5.) I am wondering is there a way to easily customize the text on the blog and other areas and rename what the message says. For example on the blog page: ‘PLEASE DO NOT USE OFFENSIVE VOCABULARY.’

6.) Regarding making the website more mobile friendly, I notice that the sidebars makes the web pages more cluttered and adds extra content for sliding up and down on page, I am wondering is there a way to only display certain sidebars on only desktop and not on mobile?

7.) Same with the About page, I have created a custom photo effect(www.newsite.voltfuse.com/about) that appears well on desktop, but when viewing on mobile it doesn’t appear correctly to show desired effect. I am wondering is there a way to either make photos display correctly, or show an alternative style about page for mobile users.

Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry about being impatient. It’s just that I am trying to finalize site to prepare for launch.

1.) Yes it is very weird, I also noticed it appears on the desktop version as well when you are viewing cart. Perhaps it has something to do with the custom message I have added there? I was wondering if there way to more conveniently place this notice so it works better with the page, perhaps this will also resolve the additional width. I noticed on your demo you have a ‘Note: Shipping and taxes are estimated and will be updated during checkout based on your billing and shipping information.’, which doesn’t appear at all on my cart, so I was thinking perhaps I could place my notice in that field and it will look better and also fix this issue? What do you think?

2.) Weird, it still doesn’t look right on mine. Please see here:

First make sure that you are using our latest version of Aurum (the latest version for the moment is 2.5)

If you are not using Aurum 2.5 than the easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

If you Visual Composer plugin don’t update then just go to Appearance > Install Plugins tick Visual Composer and from the dropdown menu choose Update, then proceed, it will be updated :)

I’ve read the commetns but can’t seem to fix this.

1. Blog posts – I’ve resized the featured image to 300×200 px which is fine on the masonry view but when you open the post the image is huge, is there a way to keep it small?

2. Also the tags appear at the top of the post, can they be moved to the bottom?

3. Social sharing on the posts – how do I edit what is visible here?

Staying updated is the way to do it!

Please update to the latest theme version first as i wrote before. You currently are using version 2.4.1 and the latest version for the moment is 2.6.

You have old plugins that are not supported anymore.

So please update your theme first, and then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support. Then write us again if this this problem is still present and we will check this problem again.

Hi, great job on the theme! I am having some issues however – since the update, variable products do not show the dropdown options (such as size variances) nor the additional images. I have tried to go into each product individually and update it manually and this seemed to work, but it is a very long process as I have over 4000 products in my store. I can’t do this for every one of them. What do you think is the issue? How can I fix it so it works again without having to go into each product and update the page? Thanks in advance.
