Just a few concerns for you. I would like to switch to rt-theme 19, because it’s technological more advanced, but I can’t because the product-view, which is better on rt-theme 18 (but both theme are not capable of flip-view) and rt-theme 19 don’t have a mega menu (it seems). When I’m checking the selling-number of rt-theme 19, it seems I’m not the only one which such concerns about rt-theme 19.
So I hope you will add this new technological enhancements also for rt-theme 18 like virtual composer or this nice responsive design of rt-theme 19. This would be very nice and the sellings of rt-theme 18 will still go up in future. RT-Theme 18 is a great theme and worth it, I think.

Hi, I am having a problem with products. I can create the product etc, but if I make a change to any of the righthand options (such as category or featured image) the change does not get saved. the only solution is to delete the product and start again, being careful to select correctly the first time.

Note: There was a confusion on my behalve and the theme author pointed that out to me.
I missed to state that the support forum runs a customized version of rt18 in order to make it work with bbpress. Out of the box rt18 has no build in support for that plugin.
I think i saw your questions on the forum about bbpress and we supplied custom css to handle your issues.

hi, I have a problem to place the filter prices. I added the widget “WooCommerce Filter prices” in the “Sidebar For Product Category”, though the site is not displayed. What could be the problem or my error?

If there are no WOO products with different prices the filter wont work. But the filter needs to be places in the woocommerce sidebar area That is used by the woocommerce shop page template.
The product category sidebar is for the theme own products post type.

The gallery doesn’t work correct. I have deleted some pics that where in the gallery before. But they are still displayed at the bottom, where the small thumbs of the pictures are. if i click on the thumbs (which displayed the deleted pic) the correct picture is shown. tried much, but don’t know what causes this error.

That I know. I already put categories in the menu but when I click on the parent category menu, relative page open with no product but there are products in the child categories of the parent category.e.g I have a parent category name car and it’s child categories Audi and ford. I make a menu which have car as the parent menu and Audi , ford as child menu of car. When I click on car all products of Audi and ford should be visible on the page that opens in clicking car but there is no product shows up.
Even the categories id shortcode not working when I try to setup the custom template.

Hello! I’ve just purchased this theme, it’s great, super and fantastic! I just have 2 questions :
1 – I’m translating it to Persian, using poedit. There’s a word ”items” up in header, near cart. I translated it, saved and generated .mo file. Now it shows my translated word for a second, on page load, and then swiftly turns back to ”items” (in english). Where should I look?
2- how can i use my own font families( not google webfont) and include it in theme options typography part?

The “items” are not translated. The woo cart update function sets them back to english. I noticed the issue before and we fixed it. But now it seems to be back and we have to look into this again.
For the font you can try insert your webfonts code into “Space for before ” box inside the RT-Theme 18->General Options and adjust the css for loading that font.
