Do you have the option as payment : credit card offline, that the information of the credit card are registered for guarantee, but no charging when the client is booking. Only after the stay at the hotel ?

Hello. Can i have 2 payment options. I want one to by Paypal and the other one to have the customer pay on arrival to the hotel. If the customer chooses to pay on arrival i still want to get his credit card details to apply my cancellation policy.

You can have both Paypal and pay at arrival option but we don’t have the feature to collect customer’s credit cards detail.(And we don’t dare to do that because the information is too sensitive in term of security :/ )
got you! one more thing. If i set the prepaying amount to be 0% and the client does not show up and it triggers up a cancellation policy then can I get the money throw paypal? How can this be done?
No you can’t get money after that. Customer has to pay first.
Can I just overwrite theme files to upgrade (like with most themes) or do I have to 1. upload the new theme as a completely new theme, 2. decommission the old one, 3. import theme settings and 4. change my child theme references etc. Instructions aren’t clear on this.
I ask because the theme name is changed (as you use version number in name THEMENAME-vx-xx) and I am using a child theme. Usual practice is to just re-upload new theme files over old files (without affecting my child theme mods).
It’d be fine both way , btw don’t forget to save the theme option, hotel/hostel option once after you replace the theme files as well.

Hi, I was thinking of buying this theme for a client. I just have a few questions. 1. does your booking calendar work with ICal? Most vacation rental site push calendar updates via ICal using a CSV format I believe. I imagine that dates get blocked out when there is a reservation on a unit, but I would need to be able to update this to various other websites that use ICal. 2. This particular company has vacation rentals in multiple condominium complexes, so they aren’t necessarily “branches” of the business, but each have their own name. It looks like I could achieve that format with the template, but any feedback is helpful. Thanks.

2. You may use each condominium as per room in this case? But if each condominium has multiple rooms, then you need to use branches.

We only have 4 payment gateways : PayPal, Authorized.net , Stripe and PayMill. Others can’t be integrated except you do the customization by yourself.
