Hi i have a problem with “single image” in visual composer. If i enter a image link the image in the front-end is shown at full resolution and, if i click on it, doesn’t show a prettyphoto effect. How can i fix it?

Thank you for purchasing! That page has multiple areas with backgrounds… It should be a row or a column background and you can edit these using Visual Composer.

When adding the theme it is coming up with a “wordpress failure notice”. Its asking are you sure you want to do this? please try again. What i the issue with this theme upload?

Thank you for purchasing! Did you tried uploading via FTP? The theme folder has more than 5MB and sometimes servers block uploading files with this size.

I already tried this. I did not upload this via FTP this was done just like you showed on you youtube page. The file is not being accepted on the backend of wordpress. I already sent you a PM.

Hello. Just installed this theme and attempting to install the required plugins (Pulse Framework, Visual Composer & Envato Toolkit) but it fails each time giving me the following error message -
The plugin does not have a valid header. Download failed. Restricted
Would be great to install these and utilize the theme. Any help would be appreciated.

I have gone ahead and installed the plugins manually from the theme files, but you should be aware the Install Plugins process is not working for me and possibly not for others.

Thank you for purchasing and for reporting this! From the word “restricted” on that error message it seems that on your server settings there’s something blocking the installation of .zip files within the theme folder. We haven’t had any similar report before for this or any other of our theme so it should be something uncommon.
If more reports appear we’ll try to find a workaround that situation.

Hello Pirenko,
small problem displaying PULSE on mobil devises.
Simulating mobil devises by making the browser window small displays a small logo and the hamburger menu in the same line. Fine.
But the real device (iPhone…) shows a much to large logo and the hamburger menu overlaps content – falls to the next line.
Is the size of the Logo limited (1x and retina 2x).
One idea to solve the problem?

First of all, I love the theme, it’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m having a few difficulties though and would appreciate help.
1. I’m using the “Personal – Artist” demo, but I can’t seem to make a similar layout. The about section is not divided into a photo on the left side and the text on the right side. The photo is instead in the middle of the screen and the text is underneath it. The visual composer is set in a way where these two should be positioned opposite each other, but it’s not happening on the actual page.
2. Another problem that I have is when I select a tab from the menu, I get the 404 error page.
I hope these are easy fixes and that you can help me.

Hello, I am trying to update my visual composer and it is giving me an error message which I e-mailed to you. It appears from my research this is a common problem and the developer has to provide the update. It is not allowing me to use the Visual Composer in my Slides so I can’t replicate your demos. It has taken me hours to figure out the problem. I got an API from Theme Forest, Installed and Reinstalled, etc. etc….please help with the update…The error is as follows:
“An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer”.
Hopefully my research can save other people time if my conclusion of the problem is accurate.

Thank you for purchasing! You bought Pulse and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it and you should not try to update it in any other way.
About not being able to edit the slides using VC: can you please send us the WP login details for a quick check?

Hello, I’ve managed to delete all the Pulse files and get back to the Wordpress Dashboard. Tried a normal upload again and get the following message : The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. I’ve noticed the zipfile you provide for the theme is quite large and includes the mac version inside. Is that the issue for here?

Hi, I’m having tons of error messages while trying to upload the theme. It won’t let me do it automatically, so I did via ftp. Problems started when I went to download the required plugin. This has never happened before, so I wonder, any bugs in the latest update??? I purchased today. Type of message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_field_group() in /htdocs/public/www/wp-content/themes/pulse/inc/helper.php on line 2149 Can’t get back into the wp environment…Any TIP on how to tackle this???
