yes but when i did this my posts borders turned black… i don’t wish to change border colour for all… only left hand side for ticker error… i managed to fix one side but not the left…. i require custom css code

We haven’t tested as we usually try to keep the theme as low as possible concerning php to ensure compatibility with older versions of php that wp supports which is 5.2.4. so we don’t recommend it as it could have deprecated features and furthermore this is not recommended for production sites: http://screencast.com/t/uMXYX6W1OdP

I find something in my old theme in the framework.php. Here’s the line: define( ‘IT_META_TOTAL_VIEWS’, ‘_total_views’);

So I just must change both lines and then I’ve the old view counts and it counts on?

Hi,

It depends on how the other theme saves the views, you could change the “post_views_count” to “_total_views”.

If it doesn’t work look where the IT_META_TOTAL_VIEWS constant is used, maybe it adds something in front of it or it’s saved in a different location, array, etc.

You could also ask for details on the theme author.

You can disable specific image thumb sizes from theme’s panel > block settings: http://screencast.com/t/nutOlV8P just make sure you use a plugin like Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to regenerate thumbnails which will also remove the ones you don’t need: https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/

Hi,

1. We haven’t removed the image gradient from big grid’s thumbs, you can check our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/ please make sure you don’t use any custom css or a plugin which could alter this and provide your site’s URL so I can inspect this.

2. The grid style 1 has the author and the date hidden by default on all smaller module mx6 thumbs: http://screencast.com/t/8tCRqAju1U3 so those shouldn’t appear for you also.

3. You can hide the more articles box window on tablets and mobiles devices using custom css. Add the custom css from below in your custom css section in theme’s panel:

@media screen and (max-width: 1023px) {
.td-more-articles-box {
display: none;
}
}

Not sure how the first two issues appear in your case so please provide your site’s URL so I can inspect it in order to give you a more accurate answer and address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this conversation if you don’t want to give your site’s URL here and you need private way of doing this.

I have also tested this on my testing environment using the latest theme version (2.2) and found no issues, I’ve used one of your playlist YouTube videos and has the expected result: http://screencast.com/t/oRGjrpF1 – http://screencast.com/t/udUDmSaIx7i so please make sure you also test this without using any plugins besides those recommended by the theme and also make sure you empty all caches, purge cdn files if you sue cdn host, disable all html/js/css compression then test this again by creating a new YouTube video playlist and adding the videos again.
