Can I choose a diferent slider when using a mobile phone? My home slider has video and when I am trying to use with a mobile I have a black screen instead the video.

You need to upload an image for the “Preview Image” on your slide that will be shown on mobile
Yes it works, but there is a way to choose a diferent slider? My desktop slider have just one video, and I want to use three images on mobile slider

I’ m trying a new solution. I put in the Custom CSS from Salient Menu the media selectors from this forum

Then I`ve created two differents Nectar slider in the same page, giving each the right Extra Css Class name (mobile-hidden for slider for Destkop, and desktop-hidden for mobile slider)
Desktop slider is working perfectly, but Mobile slider appears in desktop…..

Hey – currently i’m seeing them correctly hide/show on my setup, are you still experiencing this issue?
Was a Paralax problem. When I activate Paralax, the Desktop-hidden dosent works.. Whithout Paralax everything goes well. Thank you for your support!

Hello. I was wondering how can I change the code for the Light and Dark theme – specifically the colors. As well really what I am after is changing on the main page http://bountifulbeautifulblissfulyou.com under the BUILD THE BRAND etc…. that color instead of black to a purple. I cant find the css code to change the color 
the necar slider arrow doesnt have a circle around it option like the home header does it?

1. You’d need to set your row to use a black BG color and then set a light text color for each one
2. The home slider only offers the square BG for the buttons with a shadow, other buttons styles are offered in the Nectar Slider element itself though

Im using the nectar slider now on all pages – I cant find the code for it that works. The BG color I used ended up across the whole page in the row and not just where that black box is. There is no easy code to chnage that color behind the caption text on the nectar sliders? Thanks!

That actually didn’t work ….. its still making the entire bar that color instead of just changing the transparency code behind the text. Its just around the letters themselves – so it that an h2 or something in that area? Thanks!
alternatively – if I make it so that transparent background isnt behind under the second line of text by unclicking the option in the nectar slider- do u have the code for behind all the text – I can figure out a box of color behind both perhaps
The issue is I dont want that transparency background to be black – it doesnt go with the colors of my website. Also the text itself generally is hard to read. I wish we could have a transparent background behind all the text like you can do with boxes inside the actual content

It is active Iv just checked the browsers – http://bountifulbeautifulblissfulyou.com/ – the words BUILD THE BRAND OF YOUR DREAMS – behind it is now purple in the color I want the transparency but you can see the black transparency over the edges on the right and left side…I tried coding the bar transparent but of course the words got transparent to. So that means Id have to recode a lot to separate that but Id still need the right code to do it and I don’t have the correct code for the black transparency. Sorry I keep asking I just really want to get this right the limited option of just black is tough.

What’s your average response time for submitted tickets? I submitted a new ticket earlier today (about 4 hours ago) and haven’t heard back… I’m just curious, so I have some idea on how to plan my time.
The primary problem that I’m having is that I setup this theme on my own server, used the export / import feature to set it up on the live server but when I did that the pages from the admin side appear blank although the site looks OK to viewers. My problem is that I can’t make any edits to the content in the live environment because it’s like a new page being set up.

I have been trying to get help with issues using private support tickets however, for every fix im given instructions on, it causes three more issues. I’m disappointed in the customer support and lack of personal attention. my URL is here, http://www.ambleunbound.com/ , please help!
my main issue is that the background image behind my blog grid on my front page, does not show and instead displays grey. I have been given custom css to fix this, but it caused more problems. my background image does not display at all, and the transparent layer i have set rolls over the nectar slider above! so i was instructed to disable the above parallax feature, WHICH I WANT TO KEEP, and now… my nectar slider will not fit to screen, and a black bar appears across the page.
1. i’m being told it is not possible to have a parallax feature in both my nectar slider and the row below it, on my front page. is this true??
2. I’ve added some custom css recommend in one of my submitted tickets, and now, my front page nectar slider will NOT fit to screen and there is a black bar below my slider that i need removed.
I am so lost and at my wits end trying to figure this out. I dont know what is happening, but i really need some help ASAP as I have a deadline coming up.

1. There used to be an issue with using a parallax row directly after a parallax nectar slider but that was fixed in 6.0. The issue you’re having is being caused by your post plugin – when the page loads for a split second there’s no height to the element, the parallax positioning is being calculated at that point so when it does load there image is way off. The only way to solve that would be to use a Salient blog element or turn off the parallax for that row

Hi there. Pre-sales question here. I’ve been a fan of Salient since I first knew of, however it is just now that I think I have the chance to purchase and design on this great-looking theme.
But prior to invest money on it I would just like to take a close look at the control panels it has. I’m talking about the customizer, appearance, perphaps a glimpse of the nectar/VC builder… Things like that. The reason is that I am just a one-man army and have very limited knowledge of programming/coding and have to be sure if the designs I have in mind are achievable with the mix of your theme and my skills.
I’ve been searching the support forum and this TF forum but haven’t found any such screenshot. Neither are in the “Salient User Guide”...
So, is there a way I can take a sneak peek at those controls? A set of abovementioned readable resolution screenshots would be fine…

I created a row divided in 4 columns and in each columns I added a text with an icon but with the columns property I’m not able to do that effect.

I need to select in the row property ‘Full Width Content’ and no ‘In Container’.
Now with the right column padding the effect is ok.

yesterday I’ve purchased your theme, because it really impressed me and I’m so looking forward to working with it in the near future.
As of I won’t be able to check it out in the next couple of days, I’d like to know whether it’s possible to add a content-box that’s 1/2 width of the total page but includes the particles-feature shown in your agency demo?
Like: 1/2 of the width would be plain text or any other feature and the other half would show the particles feature.
Is that possible to create as well?

Unfortunately that would take some custom development as of now since the calculations for particles only takes into account the full size of the window

If you allowed users access to the portfolio post type through contributor, they’d be able to create their own projects but there’s no easy way to allow them to publish full portfolio pages without making them high enough access to edit pages

Hello,
I’m using a boxed version of salient. I was able to display cart without adding products to it, but it is overlapping with my secondary menu. Can you please help us fix this? Link is www.atlanticrack.com . We don’t mind lowering the cart’s position.
Additionally is it possible to prevent the cart from showing “no products added to cart” notification, is a bit intrusive when scrolling down.
