That shadow can be disabled in the slider settings for layer slider (pick a different skin) and for rev slider you can choose a different slider. If you do not want any shadow on rev slider, then disable the “Avada rev slider styles” option in theme options > advanced tab.
Fusion Slider does not have the shadow though.

I am using this for Woocommerce. Currently Avada only provides the option to display search results for types such as posts and pages but not products. Therefore, the results do not show any add to cart button. If I just add &post_type=product to the end of the URL it shows just fine. So it looks like the results are missing the product post type.
Is there anything I can do for my search results to show as product???

Currently that is the default setup for any theme, besides ones that add special integration for product searching. WooCommerce only offers a search widget in their plugin, which you can use but it only works on the product page. outside of that, look into 3rd party plugins for this functionality. We are going to add it in the theme at some point, but there is no eta on that.

Right now, white-labelling is not possible without customization. You can rename the theme folder and edit the style.css to change the theme name but that’s it.
Totally white-labelling is not available right now as an option and we don’t have customization services available for it.

Yes, you can definitely add background images to header and footer. Right now, you cannot add a background image to top header but just the main header which includes the main menu.

The demo files are included in the 20MB package of WordPress. That’s the only reason that package is 20 MB.

Alternatively, you can use the WP gallery shortcode https://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode and use Jetpack to add more layouts to it e.g. Masonry

I couldn’t get a full width header to work in a boxed layout and found out here in comments that is not possible (other people want it also). I think it would be a good feature to have – feature requested!

On September 1st, Envato changed the terms for support. When you purchase Avada you receive 6 months of free support. When those 6 months have expired, you can renew your support subscription for another 6 or 12 months at a designated fee.
After the 6 months of included support is over, you’ll still be able to get free theme updates that we release and submit bug reports via email or item comments. In addition you will still be able to access our support center for documentation, knowledge base, video tutorials and possibly other community avenues of support. However, if you do not renew the support subscription after 6 months, then you will not receive access to hands-on support through our ticket system.
This change in policy is controlled and monitored by Envato and we abide by their rules.

Hi there, just looking for some clarification on support concerning this theme. I have bought this theme a while ago and have not got round to using it due do work committments. However, when I ready to use it and lets say that I am outside of the six months, does that mean that I will not recieve any support?
