Sorry, We have not tested our theme with any third party plugins other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page. So, We cannot guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme. Please contact the plugin support team regarding the issue.
But you can use mega menus in our theme. If you check this link http://wedesignthemes.com/themes/dt-kidslife/ we have used our own mega menus from which you can insert the image in the sub menu items.

When imported the dummy data and created the main menu, the sub-menus don’t appear. I can’t see the drop down, do I have to change a seeting or something?

Fixed it! Need help with one more thing. I don’t want the hexagon boxes to link to anything or to enlarge. I just like the way they look. I’ve tried every code to disable this feature and nothing works. Please let me know if this is possible.

No, The theme will not auto update. You need to update it manually. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
Hi, we’re really not getting along with the bundled page builder at all. It’s really clunky and hard to figure out which elements are which on the page. Are you planning to include Visual Composer in any of the upcoming updates? I notice that other people have commented on this and are struggling with it too.

Rated 5 Star just one problem our customer as said the mega menu doesnt work in internet explorer – if you take a look at the following page www.playsound.pixelpeopleltd.co.uk and go to products ( mega menu ) and then try and select a category it disappears plus adds a extra arrow on all drop downs ( only in IE ). Works fine in all other browsers which is strange…. Any Ideas ?

Ok thanks, A more urgent problem now though is that we cannot send the site live without this fix if you could give us a clue where to start then maybe we could sort it. Also if you place a widget into the mega menu when selecting the dropdown in firefox it also disappears

We manages to sort it for you…. To fix the issue with the menu disappearing this script needs inserting

And to get rid of the Extra arrow displaying on internet explorer insert this into style css

Hi, main nav menu was working perfectly, now it will not hold on selecting theme location so all menu items run alphabetically with no sub menus etc. even though I keep selecting theme location for menu. Also getting blank page effect. Plz advise, thanking you

i have bought and used this theme on one of my website…
everything was great n then all of sudden “layer slider” from home page vanished and no matter what i do i am unable to activate “show slider” option from the page it simply does not save when i save the page…
