I have purchased your theme for my site but I am having trouble installing a couple of the required plugins. I seem to get a time out error and a failed download error. Could you please help me to download an enable these plugins so I can install the demo data. The plugins are the layerslider and the wpbakery plugins. My purchase code is f3c293bc-4716-4008-8ab2-13e1fb9bd615. If its possible to upload the plugins via my ftp and then activate them via wordpress, as it seems the problem is with downloading the plugin.

Will it be easy to set fields on the quote page to (as required) for instance when entering their address, THEY must enter post code or it will not allow them submit the form

On the quotes page i notice you have either Yes or No slide buttons, would i be able to add these to more questions that i add to the quotes page.

When I try to edit my pages with the Visual Composter frontend editor I got the following errors:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) /removals/js/widget.js

Uncaught TypeError: a.widget is not a function tabs.min.js?ver=1.11.4:11

Could you please help me so I can use the frontend editor?

Lots of weird issues so far with this theme. The documentation is for the Rev Slider, but the theme uses the Layer Slider.

Second if you are able to set the theme up like the demo, there is a padding issue under the slider and the green call to action box. Looks like 30 pixels of white space.

What is your commitment to this theme? My client bought it without my advice and so far I am concerned.

We purchased Removals with the intent to use the included Visual Composer as part of the method to construct our site. We see that the VC components are enabled, but the VC column feature is not working. We really want to have more flexibility in constructing our pages, but we are very disappointed that we can’t add content in columns as you should be able to do in Visual Composer. Can you please tell us how we can fix this?

Hello! I am having trouble starting visual composer in the front editing mode. I assume this is because although it is part of the theme it is not activated. How am I to activate my VC can you send me my VC License Key?

Hello, I purchased the removal theme. On themeforest it says that in the theme Visual Composer and LayerSlider are included. Now after installing The theme and all required plugins, these two Plugins are working but they require License Key and Purchase Code respectively. What am I to do? Regards Samar Maamoun

This theme sucks – tons of bugs. Worst I have ever used on TF. Very unfortunate. Been a week since seller has last responded.

@allanlud we’re tracking them down via Envato as we are in Melbourne, we have no interest in refunds, just face to face reasoning. Btw yes they are still ignoring us too. Perhaps they don’t know how to fix Visual Composer, who knows, but we’ll find out soon enough.

@andage I am experiencing a similar issue with these guys. I have had to use a different theme as I haven’t received a reply about my issue since July the 1st. I have sent them all login details and screenshots of my problem but as I said no emails back since the 1st of July.

I have emailed again yesterday asking for a refund as I went with a different theme, I can’t wait any longer for this issue to be fixed.

My problem is that Visual Composer does not seem to recognise classes or id’s when added in the admin panel they do not show on the front-end, same with background colours etc.

I just want a refund at this stage!
