I have imported the demo content and change the php.ini file to accommodate the information. However when I install it there are some varying difference from the theme you displayed. It also returns the error below after importing the information. Can you advise why this is?

Hello, I use a child theme and have updated Aurum (2.5) and Woocommerce too (2.4.7), that is teorically compatible with last version of Aurum; but I can see that there is one outdated file (aurum-child/woocommerce/checkout/payment.php). Version 2.3.0 instead 2.4.7…

Another question: I’ve migrated the website from a hosting A to a hosting B. Same files, same database, same Envato user and API key, but the Visual Composer doesn’t work, because I’ve already activated the license on the first old hosting. How can I deactivate the first license or obtain a new one? Obviously I need only ONE website active, so when I “switch” the hosting, I don’t use the first license anymore

Just ignore that warning, theme will fork just fine, we will update that file one the next update of Aurum 
WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

I’m building a Woo-commerce store for a client using your theme and I’m running into a (small ? ) problem with Laborator’s Products Carousel when it comes to translations using WPML.
Everything works fine on the main language page, but on the secondary language the carousel doesn’t show (no products shown). Do you know how to fix this? The rest of the site works as expected.

1. I can’t seem to get the testimonials working. Possibly i am doing something wrong with the settings. Could you share a screenshot of settings / build query box please?
2. This is regarding Visual Composer issue. I have build a page using VC back end editor. The page appears fine in the browser. When i go back to edit the page, the back end editor doesn’t show any elements added after Raw HTML element – http://snag.gy/mHrwR.jpg .
In other words, if i have 3 rows below Raw HTML element, i can’t see and edit them in the back end editor (but they are visible in on website in browser).

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

Hello, I would like to know a way to put % for the single product image size and not a fixed width for responsive reasons. Another user had this issue request. Note that it’s not the same to resize the image in CSS; it’s waste of bandwidth since we’ve already resize the image dynamically.

Hello, I feel I’m the only one to have this issue. Since latest WP update (4.3.1), Visual composer doesn’t show up on page edit when layerslider is activated on Aurum-Laborator Theme. I have deactivated Aurum to activate twenty-fourteen theme, deactivated all plugins, emptied cache, when LayerSlider is activated, Visual Composer doesn’t work. Can you help me? Thanks

It seems that Visual Composer is deactivated in your admin settings, so to make sure that is true go to admin panel, on Visual Composer click General Settings as shown below: http://drops.laborator.co/10WsK
Then make sure that the “page” is checked (if not check the box) and click Save Changes. I hope this will activate VC for you, otherwise I will handle it.

I’m also having an issue adding a link/button to my Text Banners. I select “URL (Link)” and add a link however it doesn’t update or add that link to the “URL (Link)” area. No matter how many times I try adding a link, it wont add it.

You don’t have to buy anything that is advertised for free in the theme, the Visual Composer and many other plugins will come included with Aurum, if there are only 3 columns appearing then check if you have enabled the Sidebar somewhere that isn’t allowing you to show four columns.

1— It works on our demo, you can test it here.
Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
2— Maybe there must be an extension that can do this, but from the default is WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display, you can sort your product there.
3— I’m sorry but we don’t give support for third party plugins, here you can find UberMenu Documentation link if you need help about this plugin.
4— It means to go straight to the Shop page from your Wordpress, it is option that Wordpress made, it is only link to redirect you as admin to the shop page.
5— Hmm i found this link that can help you.
We suggest you to read WooCommerce Documentation too, you can learn a lot of things there.

On the whole we’re pleased with your theme, thanks. Couple of questions though…
1) Product attribute ordering isn’t working. We order the size attributes for example via ‘Products > Attributes’, but this doesn’t affect the display of those sizes in the dropdowns on the product page. Do you know why this is and how we can fix it?
2) We are using a Products Carousel on our homepage. I’ve noticed though that the images being pulled through to the carousel are large sizes. This obviously impacts load times as the file sizes are large. Is there any way of specifying the image size for this carousel? There is nothing in the composer screen, but do you have a function I can drop in functions.php to change the image sizes being pulled through?

Firstly thank you for your kind words! Here are my answers to your questions:
1. Product attributes are default functionality of WooCommerce and they can be ordered in the backend. Just drag them the way you want and click “Save attributes”
2. Actually this is not possible because the carousel will use default product layout from “Shop page”, if you put a smaller size in shop products then that image will appear at that size.
To change global image sizes for shop page go to Theme Options > Shop Settings:

1) The attribute ordering however isn’t working – I’d tried re-ordering them using woocommerce, and saving them, but this doesn’t update the front-end in the theme for some reason? Are you able to confirm the re-ordering works on your own test version of the site with the most up-to-date version of woocommerce and your theme?

When I edit a variable product however, I still can’t see how to re-order the attributes?
I tried within Product Data > Attributes, also the Variations tab, but I can’t figure out how to re-order them – they’re not drag & droppable from what I can see?

Hello, I’ve bought Aurum for two clients and I encounter the same issue for both websites. Here is one : http://michelvaillantartstrips.com/ I should have a layerslider appearing below the main navigation (visible on safari or Firefox I think), but on Chrome it doesn’t (at least on 3 different mac). I see in the Chrome tool these errors : Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined(anonymous function) Uncaught TypeError: lsjQuery is not a function
I tried to solve this error by changing the layerslider advanced options but it add more errors, I tried to deactivate all unnecessary plugin, without luck, I disabled & emptied super cache, reset everything, I can’t make it work. I see a lot of people getting this issue with layerslider, but no one resolve it. Maybe you have a clue that could help me. Can you help me on this? Best regards, Chris

Hello, I am having some issues with your theme, if you could let me know how to fix them or if you require login details to investigate, let me know.
1. I’m not receiving the emails clients send me through the CONTACT page on the website, even though there is a notification to the client saying that the message has been sent successfully. I have waited almost 48 hours to receive my test email, and it hasn’t arrived. I also tested this with others’ emails.
2. The top right search bar doesn’t work. I searched for words I know exist in the content of product descriptions (such as, “bead” and “silver”), but the search doesn’t find anything. The Web Designer temporarily added the search bar at the bottom left of the page to have a working one, and it does work, but we still must fix the top one.
3. The bottom search bar cannot be changed to be more aesthetic as the one on the MicroMix website:website: http://www.micromix-mexico.com/category/agricultura-y-acuicultura/ Please modify.
4. Add a description at the Register section. When you click MY ACCOUNT, it takes you to LOG IN or (to the right of that) REGISTER. Under the word, “REGISTER”, I would like to add info about what that´s about by saying, “By creating an account with our store, you´ll be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.”

1. Emails are sent via SMTP server (if you are trying this locally most of the times it doesn’t work because on local hosts there is no STMP server installed), but if you are executing this from your hosting then you need to contact hosting provider and ask them why emails are not being sent via PHP
I have tried this and worked fine.
2. I am not sure where is this search bar, in our site there is no top search bar (above the logo). Usually wordpress search is not so advanced, so try installing this plugin:

3. The link provided shows another theme!
4. To add that content you should modify this file:
wp-content/themes/aurum/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php
But remember when you update the theme you need to always replace this file in the newest version.

When I imported the demo setting etc. I thought I could edit or do some modification on the pages in visual composer?
But when I wanna edit a page, the visual composer say: Welcome to Blank Page, You Have No Content Yet! Add Some Content or Use Predefined Layouts…
The majority of the page are like that??
