This theme only support a modern Safari on Mac and it works fine.

Unfortunately, Safari on Windows is out of date and doesn’t support modern CSS. Also, Safari on Windows is no longer supported by Apple so this theme doesn’t support it either.

Don’t worry! The most Windows user never use Safari to visit your website. They will use Chrome and Firefox instead.

1) There is no option to move the mobile menu to the right side.

2) You can replace the loader animation with your image by adding the filter below to your child theme:

3) When using portfolio grid layout, the image will auto re-size to fit within the column width. In the portfolio grid element on the portfolio list, you can change the image height by changing the number of the grid columns but it couldn’t in the portfolio grid layout in the detail page (single page).

We’ve never seen this problem. We’ve tested a Vimeo video as slider background, it works fine on Safari (on Mac). Could you please let me know what’s the version of your Safari and OS?

The portfolio page will not display the video preview but it will display the featured image with a play button (that just a theme design), you should click on this button to play your video on the lightbox popup.

Also, looks like everything works fine on your website, when I click on the “Play” button on your portfolio page, your video can play properly in the lightbox popup.

1. Make sure all changes have been saved successfully, it works fine on our demo sites.

2. The video at the top of the page is on Revolution Slider so you can change this video by editing a slider within the slider and then choose your new video file. Also, make sure your host supported mp4 video format, see on how to enable HTML5 videos -> http://www.html5videoplayer.net/html5video/enable-html5-videos-wordpress-mp4-webm-ogg-mime-types-setup/

The Slider Revolution plugin included in this theme so you should update this plugin through the link in the notification message from the theme so you should update the theme to the latest update to get the latest update of this plugin.

After you update the theme, if there is an update available for this plugin, you will see a notification message letting you know the plugin has a new version and need to be updated. If the notification message was dismissed, navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins to see the recommended plugins list, see more on how to update the recommended plugins in our documentation.

Also, when this plugin came bundled with the theme, the option for activating the plugin has been removed so you couldn’t import the slider from online feature, you should download the sliders from this page -> http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ and import them from your computer instead.

Hi, thanks for the quick response, it’s appreciated. I have taken the steps as outlined above and updated through the Envato toolkit to the latest version of the theme. This brought me to the automatic slider update. Which I tried, and again got a plethora of errors, at the end of which it says plug-in update failed. I haven’t had this problem with any other themes that are using Rev Slider that I am using with the same hosting company. Do you have a support email that I can send my log-in details to and you can see for yourself?

1. There is no option to align all of page content to the left, even you set the Content Alignment in the Column Settings to the Left, it will affect your text block within the column only but will not for other elements like blog page and portfolio filter page.

2. You can add the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content. The code below will set the page container width to 900px for screen width between 1200px to 1399px, and set as 1000px for screen width larger than and equal 1400px. Also, you can change the max width value to suite your needs.

Like as portfolio items, those overlays would be great but i need to add text myself per image..

Unfortunately, there is no option for creating custom hover element. Flora comes with multiple hover effects but these features included in only portfolio list so you couldn’t add your custom text on each item.

In the current version, there is an option for turning off the animation on mobile but there is no option for tablet. However, we will add a new option in our next update for disabling the animation on tablets too.

If you would like you can edit your current theme to disable the animation on iPad now. Edit the the file “flora/shortcodes/js/shortcodes.js” line:1883

We have a color picker field for the body background color so you can choose unlimited colors for the body.

Regarding the menu, the left menu has a custom background color and custom menu text color so you can choose unlimited colors for the left menu. However, the header menu has only dark and light version for both background color and text color so you can only choose between dark and light background and text color for this menu.
