Hello, i bought and use Uno template but on my site there is a problem reading gallery. It looks like this, please can u tell me how to fix it? Im using Firefox so it should be ok as it is compatible with Uno.

Hello. I am using theme UNO Photography and I have a question: Why the projects can add only 16 images? After addition of more images are pulled down and gallery looks empty. There need to add different amounts of photos from 10 to as much as 60-80. Please let me know how to do it.

Dear Support Team, I recently bought the “Uno – Creative Photography WordPress Theme” and downloaded the current version today. Unfortunately I discovered a technical issue which relates to the contact forms. In both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox it is not possible to fill out the contact form fields for name, email and subject. Not even the respective placeholders are visible within these fields. These problems do not occur on your “Live Preview” page though. How can I fix these errors on my page? Thank you very much for your support in advance!

Quick fix: go to Theme Options > General Settings > Custom CSS Code, paste this code:

Under “Portfolio>Masonry” as seen on the live preview page, is it possible to have the pictures enlarged when being clicked on as opposed to being directed to a personalized gallery? I want to use this as my portfolio page but would like for the pictures to enlarge when clicked on so that clients can stay on the page. Please let me know if this is possible.

Hi there. I’m having an issue with the Centered option for Horzontal galleries since the update. It worked fine for me previously, and works in Normal mode, but when I select Centered my images become about 20px wide and distorted. Can you please help?

I have messaged you before about a website query, but realised I asked my questions on the wrong template (non-Wordpress). I have a couple of questions about this Wordpress version of the theme which I’m hoping you can help me with:
1. How do I get my ‘About me’ page to show on mobile? It seems to hide all my summary information and shows the mock +51 contact number?
2. I cannot seem to get my contact form to send. There is no “submit” button for my viewers to contact me (see here: http://flicksoflondon.co.uk/contact-us-1/)? I’m aware there should be, but how do I get this to show?
3. How do I enlarge my images in my gallery when clicking on them? It says “image cannot be loaded” on every photo (see here: http://flicksoflondon.co.uk/galleries/grid-low-space/)?
4. I have enabled a ‘pin it’ hover button for my website but it doesn’t seem to work with this theme?
5. Also when using ‘masonry low space’ for the gallery. I have tried uploading pictures in the style you have on the live preview (i.e. 2×1:1 ratio images side-by-side, with a 2:1 image underneath creating a 1:1 shape out of three images). When I attempt to recreate this, the long 2:1 image appears small only having the same width as one of the 1:1 ratio images above it rather than both of them.
My last reply from you said updating the theme would solve most of the problems above. I have checked for updates underneath “Appearance” > “Themes”, but there are no updates visibily available. Could you give me a step-by-step of how to do this?

1- Follow the following steps to update the theme successfully:
- Deactivate “Uno Photography” theme by activating another different theme.
- Click on “Uno Photography” theme image, delete the theme.
- Go to Plugins, delete all the plugins that were installed by “Uno Photography” theme.
- Download the last version of theme from your downloads page.
- Upload the updated theme from Appearance > Themes.
2- Send us the login credentials to your website via our profile. we’ll fix it for you.
3- This is how you should add images/videos into gallery. It’s explained well in the documentation. Edit every image in the gallery that didn’t have a link assigned to it then add its link.
4- Give us a link to the page containing this button.
5- Update the theme to the latest version, this issue will be fixed.

1- Go to Appearance > Menus > Screen Options (Located at top right corner) > Select which pages you want to be able to select, build your menu, select it as the Main Menu (Located at the bottom).
2- The footer is visible, you don’t see it because of the Cookies alert message, which you installed.
3- We checked that page and couldn’t find an error. Are you still having a problem?

So I have managed to figure it out accept for the Contact me page I do not see the templates version of contact me or any contact me how do I access that?

I am also having issues changing the look of the home page and creating drop down menus. But the page where I bought the template says that all these things can change. It shows different options for the home page like for example i want the home page to be the Striped Pages, i want my portfolio heading to be a drop down menu but with the grid view, I want the About Me look, I want my blog to be full width style 2, and i want my contact page to be contact us 1. I have been fooling around with it for a while and I don’t see where I can make these changes?
All these pages can be imported with just one click, if you go to Theme Options > Import Content.
