Hi
Im getting problem using woocommerce with Avada.
After create products and try to visualize, I got error 404: Can’t find the page.
For example: www.mywebsite.com.br/produto/comercial/
But if I try the link in english, it works!
For example: www.mywebsite.com.br/PRODUCT/comercial/
I think its a problem with language.
My woocommerce is installed in portuguese(PT-BR),
can you help me with this?

There doesn’t seem to be an option within your customizer to hide the “Header Content 1” section on a per-page basis.

Hmm yes that is correct, you cannot hide it on a per page basis. This would require custom css that targets the page id of the pages you want to hide it on.

Hi, I absolutely love your theme. However I just came up with a really huge issue. The site looked great and was finished. I then updated the theme and it broke it?? my site is http://accubusiness.net/ and I can give you the logo in information if you can take a look please for me. 3 Pre-purchase Question:
• I need to change three websites’ theme to Avada. Two of the websites are mine, and one is a friend’s. (total of 3 websites | 2 individuals)
How many times should I buy the theme?
• And I’m going to use Farsi fonts (similar to Arabic fonts), so I’m gonna need RTL to do that. Is it a simple option in the theme options or should I change some codes to make it RTL? • And is uploading custom fonts also an option, like |BROWSE on your computer then upload” though the theme options or requires some css coding as well?

I have just bought the theme and installed it on my Website’s wordpress. But there’s a major problem.
as I mentioned before, custom font is very important to me, but now I see the custom font doesn’t work for my whole website, but just the headings and the menu while I need it for whole website containing Body/paragraph texts as well as everywhere else. So your help is pretty much appreciated.

Yes the custom font is currently only for headings and menus, the good news is we are making it site wide and allowing more then one custom font to be used, that is coming in about 2 updates.

I get this error in my admin panel after installing one of your plugins…i was trying to install the church demo, so had to install three of the plugins, fusion was fine, it was the third one i believe gave me the issues.

If you check your Avada >> System Status tab you will the following PHP configuration limit that needs to be increased -> WP Memory Limit
You can do this by editing the wp-config.php file found in the root installation directory and adding to it the following (at the head of the file):
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
Or you can contact your hosting provider and ask then to do it for you

I need to change the height from Contact form 7 boxes.. looks very big! I’ve modified the css style, but I can’t find the way. I’m sure that is in the theme styling. Looking forward for your reponse.

Going by what you are saying, you want to change the height of the Contact Form 7 form fields? If yes, you can do that by going to -> Theme Options Panel >> Extra >> Form Input and Select Height – there is no need to use custom CSS for that

You can change the color, you can do that by going to -> Theme Options Panel >> Styling >> Background Colors >> Header Border Color
To remove to you will need to custom CSS as there is no option to disable it. There should not really be a need to disable it though. If for example the header is set to transparent then the likewise, the border will be transparent. Can you give us a link to your site so that we can see your header?

In Visual Composer, have you mapped all of the shortcodes for your theme or do I need to manually add them?

1 – All of our shortcodes come with a ton of styling options and settings. This can be controlled individually, per shortcode, or globally via the Theme Options Panel
2 – If you do use the Visual Composer plugin, the only way to add the Avada shortcodes would be via the content editor drop down which will insert the shortcode in raw format

wp-content/languages/

What is the best way to build a photo gallery? I do not want for the photos to have links to individual portfolio or blog pages. Disabled “link to the blog page” option in the Grid blog settings, it doesn’t work. (yes, did clear all cache and reloaded in a private mode- still the same).
Transitioning to Avada from Jupiter and loving everything about it, but this annoying glitch
Also, in one of your (assuming older) demos, the icons on the Theme options are nice and colorful, easy to spot. In the theme I just downloaded they are all “break your eyes” plain gray. How can I make them colorful?

You can use the default WP Gallery shortcode to create a gallery https://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode but you can also use our portfolio feature and recent works shortcode to create a photo gallery. You can disable the icons and links on those from theme options.

You can upload a custom font in Theme Options > Typography. Additionally you can add google fonts, etc. via your custom CSS field. All needed instructions can be found on the google font pages
