We have fixed breadcrumbs issue in v2.6.
Download this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/breadcrumb-navxt/
Then you can enable breadcrumbs on pages.
However, here is the fixed file, you can download and replace it in your server:
1. Download – http://drops.laborator.co/1l2mi+
2. Replace in: /wp-content/themes/aurum/tpls/
See if that works for you
Worked slightly better. Normal pages showing the breadcrumb, but still can’t get it to show up on product category / archive pages and single product pages. please help

For products and things related to WooCommerce I suggest you to install this plugin and see if it works for you:

Actually this new plugin just styles the breadcrumb, which doesn’t help much, as its not showing at all. The NavXT shows options for breadcrumbs for product pages, etc, I guess your theme just doesn’t support it?

I remember a couple months back you guys assisted me in changing product image sizes and you regenerated thumbnails.
I want you to tell me how I can make my images go back to the default sizes that appear best with this theme settings, or tell me which size I should make my images when adding them to website.
I am adding new product photos now, so I am wondering how I should do it and what should be best choice to add them and the best sized images that will provide best experience and not make load time very long.
If you take a look on my site, you can see the current images are cut around some products and it is not showing the full image. I want to avoid this, and make it so all images display full(with white around all of them).

I would update theme, but we have hired web designer to make customizations and adjustments to your theme to meet our needs. If we update theme, we will loose many themes. Is there a way to update plugins without loosing changes?

There isn’t any recommended size but you can use the large original images and display the full image, but please note that this will cause a slower site because it will require more time to load all of the images.
This is the code you need to paste in the functions.php file:

Thank you for getting back to me. What size/settings is it you offer on your demo site? Yours appears to be showing full images, but the load is fine? Have you taken a look at my site to see that the images are square shaped, and are cutting off edges of the images.
Should I change a setting for this theme, or just make all new product photos a certain size? If so, what size should I change theme settings to? Or what size should I make the product photos?
What do you reccomend to offer well fitting images?

The sizes in our demo site are default ones in theme options, here are the default ones defined in theme options > shop settings:

http://drops.laborator.co/1fswaWhenever you change these dimensions you need to regenerate thumbnails. And also the code Art gave you should be removed in order for these settings to take effect.

So you suggest making the images default size for best visual expierence and load time? So when creating the actual new images for the site, I should create them as 555×710? and they will be automatically shrunk for the shop page view of images?
I will have to change my current site settings to the default ones? Then following that I should regenerate thumbnails?
I am just trying to pick understand which size is recommend for me to make the new product images for the size.

We prefer a bit larger images than the container of images because the retina displays will show a clearer image.
If your shop has the same image formats (or close to our size) it will be good to have the same dimensions, they are shown in very clearly.
To change these settings, you can simply regenerate the images with suggested plugin.
Basically you will not loose anything, you can always change image dimensions and the only thing you need to do is re-generate thumbnails. Original image will be used to generate those images always.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have successfully changed the settings back to default (290×370 & 555×710) and regenerated thumbnails. I tried viewing Aurum demo and viewing the images and seeing which size the product photos are but it won’t allow me to view images. Are you able to tell me generally the size you upload for the product images? I assume you can upload whichever size product image, and Woocommerce/Aurum will downsize the image to 555×710 and 290×370?
From what I can see, you have made all product images 870×1110. Does this not cause slow load speeds for viewing and navigating through shop?

Images in our demo are uploaded in this format (mostly):
870×1110
This is the original format of images but the thumbnails are cut to the dimensions specified in the previous reply. The original image size will be only loaded when you click on product image on single product page. This has not to do with page speed at all, there may be other factors about page speed for example server configuration and connection, wordpress plugins.

I’ve uploaded the images as 870×1110 and they worked perfect! Speed seems to loading okay, but I am going to browse site after and remove unnecessary plugins, themes, and content as well as installing a image cache plugin.
Also, is there any intentions to add a content/information popup that occurs on the google maps contact page when you click the pins? I think it would be a good feature as when customers click the pins it will display information about that location. Where as right now when you click a pin and nothing happens.

You are using an old version of Wordpress, 4.2.5 and the newer version is 4.3.1.
Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If not, please write us again on this thread, and we will take further actions

I don’t know if this concerns you, but my credit card plugin in woocommerce has an error with Microsoft edge browser, if you try to switch the payment method from paypal to credit card the page goes blank.

Regarding the Microsoft edge problem you can ignore it.
I just noticed that there is clause in which all the css changes written in the costume css will not be lost if i update the theme, just to confirm, but all the other customization i did will be gone right?
I want to update my theme to 2.6, but by doing so i will loose all the changes i have already done. That is why i want to add the child theme. my question is how do i import all the modifications i have done in my parent theme to the child theme before the update so i won’t have to customize everything from scratch.
In addition, if i try to change the payment method in the checkout page from paypal to credit card and vise versa on Microsoft edge browser, the page will jump to the left every time, making me have to scroll back to the right again.

I would use the integrated lightbox system without the zoom effect but the pop up image is going to be smaller than the one in the shop. I tried to fix it with css by changing this:

but the image is not scrolling with the page. Do you have any suggestion for this?

Hi Yilli, I’m aware about this panel but maybe you didn’t get my needs.
My first need is to move the zoom window where I want. And the embedded zooming plugin doesn’t allow me to do that.
So I tried to disable it from that panel and then install another one, like YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier, but it seems that, even if I disable yours, this third party plugin is not showing up.
So I decided, to not use the zoom plugin and just use the click and pop up window (lightbox) to see the magnified image, but when I use this system the image visualized in the lightbox is smaller than the one inside the shop, which is preetty useless,
for example:
what I want is something like this:
What you see in this second image I did it by changing some css BUT the image remains fixed and doesn’t scroll with the page.
so what I’am asking is:
A) is it possible to disable totally the zoom plugin in the way to install another third party zooming plugin, like the one I mentioned before?
if the point A is not possible, How I can make the lightbox image bigger and make it scrollablewith the page?

A. Now I got it, so if you want to use another magnifier plugin it should work fine but there may be some scripts that are conflicting with the plugin.
B. Try adding this to the Custom CSS:
.nivo-lightbox-image {
height: auto !important;
}
.nivo-lightbox-theme-default.nivo-lightbox-overlay {
overflow: scroll !important;
}

Maybe for a future theme upgrade would be nice to have the option to move the zoom area, for example I would love to have it inside the main product image instead of outside on the right, do you know hat I mea?
anyway, do you know that the theme is not compatible with Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin? it’s a shame beacuse that plugin is very useful!

about the point number 2, mine was not an answer, was an affermation. I have installed Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and it’s not working.
I’m sorry but I’ve already tested with 3 different themes and it’s not working just with Aurum theme. So I really think that is a theme problem.
by the way Ultimate Addons doesn’t work also on another theme of yours: KALIUM.
