How do I add star ratings to the comments? How do I add a new tab for a product, i.e. for ingredients? How do I activate the maintenance (coming soon) page? The contact form From section shows that the email will have your address but the customer’s name. How do I fix this so the email registers the customers email address?

Please find below the answers to your questions:
- If you mean how to add rating system to single post then sorry but that is not supported. If you mean how to enable rating/review system to single product then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Product Ratings > Enable ratings on reviews.
- Please try to use this plugin.
- Go to Bakery > General > Site Mode > Under Construction and choose the page you want to be displayed in the maintenance mode.
- Insert [name] <[email]> at Bakery Options > Contact > From.
- Use the following shortcode to insert social media links:
[vu_social_network url="http://facebook.com" icon="fa fa-facebook"]
where url=”http://facebook.com” is your social media URL and icon=”fa fa-facebook” your social media icon.

1. Am I eligible to download new versions of WP Baker Visual Composer? 2. The HOME page slider seems dark, as though there is a dark film overlay. Is there a way to remove this/brighten it up? 3. Re: the Contact Form: there is no Subject on the home page contact form. There is just: Name_Email_Phone_Message. How do I add a Subject field to the form? 4. Re: Comment rating. I noticed that your comment examples come with a drop down field that allows for a star rating from 1- 5 to be selected on the product page’s backend and then you see the star rating on the actual front end. How can I duplicate or add this drop down field to the other product pages? 5. The Bakery Template I bought shows that certain Woocommerce files are out of date:

First of all, please do accept our apologies for the late reply and any inconveniences caused. We’ve been lately very busy working on theme updates and could not manage the time in a proper way.
Here’re our responses to your questions:
- Re: Update Visual Composer plugin: Update option is available only for those who have purchased directly Visual Composer. You can get the latest version by upgrading the theme to the latest version because we regularly take care and update the theme when new plugin versions are released.
- Re: Remove slider overlay: Go to Revolution Slider >
Your Slider, edit slides and remove OVERLAY layer for each of the slides. - Re: Subject filed in the contact form: Unfortunately, Map & Contact Form shortcode does not have the option to add more fields, in this case subject field. However, you can mail us your WordPress & FTP details and we can implement it for you.
- Re: Comment rating: Sorry but the question is not clear to us. Could you please provide us screenshots or a more detailed explanation for your request.
- Re: Outdated WC files: The files in question have been removed in the latest update so updating the theme will solve this as well.
- Re: Display categorized products: Go to Appearance > Widgets and insert WooCommerce Products widget into Shop Sidebar.
- Re: Social media links: There’s no option available for this but you can try editing wp-content/themes/bakery/includes/wc-addons/wc-modify.php file in particular ‘vu_product_socials’ function.
- Re: Reorder products: The simplest way is to change the published date of products in the desired order.
- Re: Edit featured products: Simply edit Featured Products shortcode
- Re: Social media links on the maintenance page: Use the following shortcodes by just replacing # sign with your social media links:

Firstly, thanks for the purchase. This may be happening because of the great number and large images to be loaded. Try to disable animation from Bakery > General > Animation and get a plugin for image optimization.

Sorry but the theme currently does not support that feature. Instead try to use Contact Form 7 plugin. Otherwise, we’ll consider adding this feature in our upcoming updates.

We have one questions about Bakery theme..
On our web site, we have page – webshop, and on every product we have some icons (link, zoom..), and problem is with zoom button. When we clicking on it opens a small picture (150×150) and title “Cupcake”.
Can we delete that title and set the image opens in normal size?

It depends which demo version you are using. If you’re using the default demo then you can change the currency by going to Bakery Options > Portfolio > Currency or in case you’re using WooCommerce then from WooCommerce > Settings > Currency Options > Currency.

My Visual Composer will not update. It will say “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.” but when i click on the setting i get a message that says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Please help

Have you published a new guide to using this theme as the update has pretty much rendered the old one obsolete. Plus how do I update Visual Composer without the code? I can’t use it at all on the front end as it won’t save any changes.

- Yes, the theme allows you to use any of Google Fonts anywhere in the site.
- You can modify products images from portrait to landscape with a small modification that will be provide by us. While mixed usage currently is not supported.
- Sure, you can. That is what Default Demo is – the theme without shopping cart and check out support.

It seems that you have installed default demo content instead of shop demo. If that is true, you will need to reset the database or install WordPress and the theme from the beginning. Then install shop demo from Bakery > Demo Content but first make sure to install WooCommerce plugin.

Hello, Our default shop page ( http://www.bravococotte.com.au/shop/ ) shows products in vertical 4:3 format while we would like all products to be displayed in a square shape (1:1 format) so it aligns with the product page ( http://www.bravococotte.com.au/shop/personal-cooking-class-french-crepes/ ) and the thumbnails in the sidebars. Changing the setting would also optimise the text displayed on product pictures.
Could you please: 1- Indicate where in the CSS files this setting is managed so we can change it 2- Let us know whether additional impacts will have to be taken into account if we change this setting.

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Catalog Images and set the value depending on the dimensions you want eg. 600×600 or 400×400. Then install Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and regenerate all products thumbnails.

If you have already installed demo content then simply find the respective elements and modify them. Otherwise, do the following:
- After you have created a page eg. Home, insert ‘Heading’ and ‘Service Item’ shortcodes.
- Add first the staff/personnel from Personnel > Add New and then use ‘Personnel’ shortcode in the page where you want to display the staff.

Hi, I have an issue. I installed your theme on www.magazinulromanescilford.co.uk and is working fine on desktop but on mobile on Safari is strange. After loading all photos disappear… Please pay attention few minutes to my websites and check. Please tell me if is possible to remove this effect of unlimited loading (pinterest style) to normal.
