My live editor is not saving font changes. It just goes back to default

Hello. I bought this theme few days ago. Installed on .. Wordpress version 4.3 and woocommerce version 2.4.6

Demo data was imported successfully. I have done everything absolutely according to documentation. Footer widget were setup same as demo.

But there is a problem with sidebar widgets. I can’t see any sidebar on any page. In place of sidebar, i only see blank space (background).

Please respond ASAP as i already sent you email but did not get any response.

The main menu ( cellphone version) doesn’t close when you touch the outside of the menu area on Iphone 6 and 6 Plus. Once you open the menu, it won’t allow you to do anything until you choose a link from it. I tested the updated theme as well as you demo link (http://venusdemo.com/pharmacy/pharmacy-default/?page_id=2383) on both Safari and Google Chrome using Iphone 6 and 6 Plus.

But when I tested on Android devices, it works fine. Could you provide me a fix for it ?

Hi guys, I’va also sent you a mail request I have updated by mistake WP and woocommerce to the last versions; fortunately the site is not live!I have already read in the above comments that you are releasing an update, and I will wait for it. the question is: how trhe theme can be updated?via FTP?do I have to overwrite all files and folders located in wp-content/themes/pharmacy with the new ones? thanks!

I recently purchased the theme and when installing plugins it installed the recent versions of everything. Everything is ready on my end to launch the website but I found few issues with the theme with the latest wocommerce plugin. My website launch date is postponed because of this as I cannot launch the website with issues. When can I expect the updates to fix these problems?

Open the file “Pharmacy-En” using POEdit and save that as your locale on name.

I need translate to brazilian portuguese… so, I saved the original file as “pt_BR.po”. POEdit will compile .mo file automatically.

I think I found a bug within the Live Editor. I have followed your YouTube tutorial NO. 2 for customizing the live editor, and I realized that after all the work I have done – when I am saving the changes – it generates a .json & .css files – but the css elements doesn’t have the !important value – so all the customization is useless as it has been NOT overwritten, and the site stays as it was before the changes.

Today i purchased a template in envato market and I have a problème with translation of the template PHARMACY. I can’t find wich file i must to update with FRENCH language. I have installed the woocomerce in FRENCH and nothing appear. For exemple in French we must translate the word ITEM by ARTICLE but nothing is good.
