Hi, I have downloaded the Pulse theme you have created from ThemeForest. My issue is that I am new to wordpress – I currently have the Premium account and I am trying to upload your theme – but I cant seem to find an option anywhere in my admin. I have read somewhere that my issue may be that I am using wordpress.com rather than wordpress.org Is this an issue? I have already paid for a years subscription with wordpress premium. We don’t understand exactly what contact form you are trying to change. You can always edit/change the contact form and you can add one to the right hidden sidebar if you want (hamburguer click).
We suggest that you install the free plugin Contact Form 7 and then add it to a page or a sidebar.

Hello, I have just purchased the theme and installed the demo content as per your instructions in the videos but I need some help please.
1. Can you tell me the settings for the 3 main sliders of your demo here http://pirenko-themes.com/pulse/main/ There are 2 lines of text that move and there are also 2 buttons under each slide. This is very important to me, other developers give a setting file to be imported.
2. On my website here http://pulseoriginal.com/ if I scroll down, every page is missing the “Ready For Some Awesomeness” section and also the Footer section is missing. On my WordPress dashboard on Theme options > Footer section, I clearly see that Display Footer is ON. How do I get the 2 sections that I mentioned earlier to show in every page just like your demo?
3. On my homepage on Recent Feedback section, the 5 stars are missing that exist in your demo and instead of that I see 3 dashes. Can you help with that?
4. On your demo, under BLOG, I see 7 options but on my site there are only 4.
5. Lastly, on your demo I see 9 items under the Recent Work section but on my site there are 6 items. How can I change that?

Another question: why are you loading js scripts in the head of document? This slows down the site loading and it’s highly adviced to put in at the end of the “body” tag. If you have the posts loading with the overlay effect the URL does not change, because you are always on the same page. You can change this on the Latest Portfolio page element options.

Hi, I installed this theme on WordPress 4.3.1 (Italian version), when i tried to make a new page using the page builder Visual Composer it didn’t respond, this is the output error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
What i have to do to fix it?

Now i have re-installed the theme, when i active Pulse Framework and Pulse Framework all works correctly, the problem is the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. I tried to use differents versions of WPBakery Visual Composer but the result is always the same, I can’t modify the elements in my pages or modify the theme options.
The 500 Internal Server Error is generic so please ask your hosting company more info about that error. If the problem is somehow related with the theme please let us know the content of that error report.

Hi, I downloaded the theme themeforest-12407534-pulse-premier-wordpress-theme.zip several times and everytime i try to upload it to my wordpress, an error message displays saying the css stylesheet is missing. (see below)
Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
How can I get a clean copy of the theme to be able to install it?

It does not show all the elements, but most of them are there. Please notice that you don’t need to use any shortcodes or code anything. The theme uses Visual Composer to build content.

Thanks, that way I could download pulse theme; but now it’s impossible to install the 3 plugins; here is the error message : “You do not have permission to access this page.” As I could see it on the tutoriel, I delete all my theme except one. I decompress the zip Pulse file and copy the file “pulse”in my file “theme “(mamp/WP content/theme) but it still doesn’t work . I precise that I’m in “WP multisite”. It seems that you have some unusual server side restrictions that don’t allow installing plugins via PHP. You can always upload the plugins and install them like any other plugin. You will find them on the theme external_plugins folder.

Actually I fixed the issue. I purchased “Visual Composer Addons Mega Pack” from codecanyon and it seems when you activate the plugin it messes with the layout of this theme. Have you ran into the issue? I really wanted that additional plugin as it like some of the additional preset templates that it has.

The mobile version only shows the seven main item; you gave me the custom CSS code that allows the seven menu items to display along with all the sub-menus. After I had added that it came overwhelming, and I wanted to scale back. Is there a way on the mobile menu to display the main seven items and to allow you to click on them to show the sub menus?

You can edit the site background color under Theme Options>General tab. Please notice also that for each row you can have a background color already set up (if this is the case click on the pencil button to edit that specific row).
