I am having a couple of problems and I might need a little help from you.
Firstly, when I am trying to share something on Facebook (like a portfolio project, or even the home page) I don’t get any gallery images as a preview on Facebook post. Sometimes only the logo shows up, which I don’t really like and I would prefer an image from each gallery shows up. I hope this has an easy solution.
At. last I have a problem viewing some Galleries on mobile version (like Wedding or Portfolio Projects). They seem like they are floating and I am really having a bad time viewing the gallerie’s content (such thing does not happen on Home page’s gallery) .

Thank you, for your instant reply. I have 2 more issues which are important: 1. In blog page ( http://www.theocharis-makeup.com/category/blog/ ) in some displays (depending on the size – I believe this happens in small displays), the preview texts is for example 40 words instead of 3 lines, which this causes to mess up the blog’s layout posts, because when you downsize the window the 40 words become 4 lines and ruin the spacing. Please, try to downsize the browser’s window using the above link, to see what is happening, because it is difficult for me to explain. 2. The second is that in galleries (eg. home or wedding) in mobile version, if you choose centered instead of normal, there is no possibility of scrolling using touch screen which causes landscape pictures to be cropped.

What can be the cause that some images can´t be uploaded to the media-directory, although there´s nothing wrong with them. Size, resolutions, JPG… all is o.k. When I try to upload such an image by drag&drop it causes the same error message as selecting it from the directory.
Even converting ist from JPG to PNG doesn´t work.

I solved the problem with some pics that could not be uploaded. The reason was the maximum size that was deposited in the setup for media data. I´ve increased this and now it works fine. Nevertheless thanx for your help!

I really want to buy this theme and I’ve been sitting on the decision for weeks because every few days someone posts a problem and a fix is promised in an update and it just seems the theme was released before it was really ready. The biggest problem I have is that it says it’s responsive, but looking at the demo and other people’s sites who have purchased the theme it really isn’t. Images don’t resize and the footer social icons spill over onto two lines when it’s horizontal on an iPad. On my phone when a background image is selected (horizontally) the image is cropped so you’re just staring at the models chest. I’m surprised this got past Themsforest’s quality control. This is the only theme I’ve found that looks exactly the way I want my site to look but I won’t be buying until it’s properly developed and looks as it should on all devices. A pity!

What do I do if I’ve customized some of the CSS? Will I lose the customizations with the update? Is there any other way to update without deleting the theme and reuploading it? Will I lose the content I’ve already uploaded?
- Any changes to the CSS should be entered in the theme options. Go to Theme Options > General Settings > Custom CSS Code, paste your code there.
- Deleting the theme doesn’t remove any content or options.

We’re having a little bit of difficulty with your theme, in that the albums are not working.
I’ve read through a lot of the comments on here and it seems I’m not the only one who is having trouble with the albums.
I’ve see that you only give a stock response to this question, which is of no help, and you refer to your documentation, which is also of no help. I’ve even used another browser just incase it wasn’t showing. There is just nothing in your “documentation” that helps a customer to use the features of your theme.
Please, would you be so kind as to detail the procedure below on how you go about creating, implementing and using the Album feature.

All the requests about albums were about extending them to support more layouts, we added that in the last update.
So now each album have a custom link that open when clicked, which means you can create a gallery grid, copy its url, paste it in the album’s custom link.

i just have some small issues with the galleries.
this is the test-gallery i just created:

BUT unlike the normal gallery-view where you scroll from left to right and every image is displayed in the right size, the horizontal slideshow always cuts off the vertical images and shows a peace of them fullscreen. how is it possible to keep the bullethole navigation, but still display the images with correct sizes. not even the horizontal photographs need to be seen fullscreen. can you help me to display them in the centre of the screen, like for example here:

1. the code works, but the bullethole-navigation is almost pushed off the page and with more than 20 images, there are 3 rows of it. how do i get it in one row of many bulletholes next to each other and well visible on the bottom of the gallery?
2. i tried to copy the url or permalink of one gallery and pasted it in the album link field, but nothing happens. i don’t understand how i can display many different galleries in one portfolio with a certain topic. the only option i see, would be to drag and drop all the galleries in the menu-section below the portfolio, but this would just cause a massive dropdown menu, which doesn’t make any sense, bc i wanna see all galleries grid-style in one portfolio…

Hello – I am having an issue with the photo galleries on my website. I am using horizontal galleries, and when people go to click on the images, some of the images open up in a larger size, and a new set of navigation arrows pops up. When the users go to navigate with these new arrows, a blank image usually results. However, some other times, they get a message that says “this image could not be loaded”.
At first I thought this might be an issue with a plug-in I have for copyright protection, but I disabled the plug-in and still have the problem.
I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong or if this is a bug, but what I’d like for it to do would be for the images simply not be able to be clicked on. In other words, I would like to disable the feature where you can click on the image and see a larger version. Navigating through the gallery as it normally sits is just fine.
Is there a way to do this or a way around this that I don’t know about?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I saw in the link on the galleries page of the documentation that there are a bunch of different example image dimensions, but I can’t tell what they refer to, if anything.
