2— I’m sorry, what do you mean with “chart logo”?

3— Now the color is ”#ffdede” as you have set it on the Theme Options.

That menu is not possible with our theme.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.4.1) and the latest version for the moment is (2.6), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

1.- Me too XD 2.- By chart logo I mean the products count logo with the shopping cart showing how many products you are purchasing… As you can see, now it’s shown just because I changed header style on Theme Options to another style. What I need Is to show shopping cart with the last header style you provide in Theme Options (logo and menu centered), wich dissapears by default. 3.- Ok… Nevermind.

4.- Now I noticed I have this purple hover on footer menu links… Can you please provide some CSS to turn it black?

Hi,

issue nr 2 i manage to fixed, that’s why you don’t see this problem anymore – it was seating in woocommerce settings – and you had to show price including taxes to avoid text overlapping – maybe it’s something to think about for next update. For sure some people will wish to show prices excluding TAX and then problem will appear. For me is no matter i can have it with TAX – it’s ok.

About the products in 5 columns. I will only have a stable solution! I don’t understand way you skip the 5th column in your theme?

Is there no way I can get a stable solution if I want the theme to be able to show 5 columns? What about bootstrap, I’ve never tried it, but maybe that will solve the problem

1. Since we decided to use a sidebar for listing products on our submenu pages (product-category page), we have a problem with all our main menu page (which are a page): Børneværelse, Legetøj, Til bad, Spisetid etc.

The problem is, that it leaves an empty space on the left side on the page, as if there should be a sidebar? We would just like to have the 4 columns of products.

2— Just replace that file on your Child Theme and you will be fine.

I ONLY have enabled the ’ Sidebar visibility (listing page)’ in the shop settings, but it still leaves an empty space on the left side of the main menu pages, which I don’t want?? It shouldn’t affect my pages, right!?

I managed to fix your issue with the sidebar by simply using the right Products element, you were using the products shortcode built by WooCommerce and I replaced it with the one we built, which is the right one.

I will re-quote the guide on how to translate the theme strings, please take some time to read and you will have no problems translating the theme strings in your language.

To translate theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.

1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations

2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc

3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w

4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek

5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w

Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ

After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

The sidebar doesn’t show on those pages when enabling ‘Sidebar visibility (single page) in the shop settings, there’s an empty space on the left side instead.

I checked your site, pages and the single shop page and managed to show the sidebar on the Legetøj page, I removed the old shortcode with the Woo logo in it and replaced it with our own element Products with the Laborator Logo, now to display this in every page you will need to manually do this in every page that you want because you’re using custom pages, you have the structure now and what you have to do is just clone it as many times as you want to repeat the same structure.

The “Sidebar on Shop Single Page” wasn’t checked, I checked it now from the Theme Options and the sidebar is displaying fine.

I don’t know if you’re not understanding what I am saying, with the procedures I did to put your sidebar on this page you can SHOW or HIDE your sidebar in ANY page, which means it is possible, there isn’t any button just to tick Show or Hide, you have to follow these procedures with the Widgetized sidebar in any page. 1— What is the problem there please, what do you want to achieve there?

2— This is how WooCoomerce works, we can’t interfere on their code.

3— That is not possible.

4— WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,

You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

1— Unfortunately that is impossible to edit for the moment, but you can do this little fix:

2—After sawing your site I didn’t saw any change on thumbnails, see the comparison here:

The rectangle at the bottom of thumbnails shows that all of them are in the same line.

No, what I mean is that some of the product picture dosen’t fit, even if I cropped the pictures in the right size 400px or under 400px

After I crop or scale the product pictures, I regenerate thumbnails for that picture.

Product images are cut, the don’t fit in the prefixed size even thoug I did the above thing..

1— I think that Arlind has explained you the procedure step-by-step. Just do this on the original file, and then copy that file and send is on the Child theme folder.

2— You can’t do that, you don’t need to worry about this, because we have made Aurum with SEO in mind.

3—At this point I am not able to know if this is something you can change. It is better to ask WooCommerce community for this question.

4—It depends on which parts of the site that translation is used. Mostly you can search for those strings in Aurum theme, WooCommerce plugin and Core wordpress files. To enable core translations enable it in Loco Translate -> Settings:

1— Hmmm you should use Notepadd++ to see the lines.

2— To edit the H1-H2 you must use child theme, and each PHP file that you want to change from the Main theme, you need to send that file to the Child theme.

PS : Please be aware as by doing customization if something happens like miss-editing files the responsibility is yours and we wont support you on finding the problem, as we are only guiding you how to get the results you need.

I just upgraded theme to 2.7, but always seem to have problems with the Layer Slider not updating? I did as you previous told me: I deleted the plugin and went to: Appearance > Install Plugins and installed it again – But it did not help, it’s still not update??

Yes that issue is present with the TGMPA plugin activation which is external plugin.

We are going to release new update with Latest plugin versions and hopefully the message will disappear.

If you have latest version of any plugin and there is still the notification about update, don’t worry about it, its just a plugin issue that doesn’t recognise the current version.

We run into som issues, hope you can provide som help

1. – When a costumer’s credit card is being declined, the customer is being sent back to an empty basket (after a 2. try) – How can we avoid sending the customer back to an empty basket? They might have another credit card that works and if the have to sample all the products to the basket again, they might not want to bother with that and leave the shop

2. – We have free shipping for 599, – which work fine, except when customers use a coupon. although customers with coupons have purchase for an amount of 599, – AFTER discount is pulled, they don’t get the free shipping?

1. It is weird how this happens, so please replace some files from previous version of Aurum 2.5 and see it it will solve your issue:

Download this file http://drops.laborator.co/17FfT+ Extract and replace folder in this directory:

_{aurum/woocommerce/single-product/}

If this doesn’t solve the issue then you need to see if there is anything wrong in product options, reset stock or do something related to stock management.

2. Please try this CSS it will center the header:

header.site-header .header-menu {
    table-layout: fixed;
}

header.site-header .header-menu.logo-is-centered > * {
    width: 1% !important;
}

It will make all 3 columns equal width.

For logo in mobile phone apply this fix (note that 200px value can be adjusted):

3. Product categories have their own options in Theme Options > Shop Settings (end of page) however to change appearance you need to apply your own custom css for them.

4. There must be a plugin that alters the CSS of price filter, because in our demo it shows just fine. I can provide a fix for you if you give me the URL of site, but I am not sure if I can surely fix it.
