Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a look. Also you can check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if it works.

The theme ad system doesn’t have an option to rotate the ads, but you can use a plugin like AdRotate. I saw that it is used by many of our users.

The theme search was not designed to work like this, but you can try to find and use a snippet in functions.php file to change the default search – http://www.catswhocode.com/blog/hacks-and-snippets-to-enhance-wordpress-search-engine or you can try a plugin for this.

The problem continued today.

I found that the error was in the WP Super Cache configuration. I had changed and was giving conflict. Undid the change I had done and returned to normal operation.

Hi,

Please make sure that the featured image size is not smaller than the thumb used on module as the WordPress doesn’t enlarge images. You can use a plugin combination if you use small images like Thumbnail Upscale + Force Regenerate. You can read more about this here – http://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/

Unfortunately the tagdiv blocks were not designed to work with external posts, it will display only posts published on your current site where you have Newsmag theme active, also there is no option to link to the original source, sorry!

I have also checked your site and the g+ share button or social icon are displayed fine. Probably it was a caching issue. Regarding the social counter issue, it seems to be an issue with with g+ counter, I have added this on our list for further investigations. Sorry for inconvenience!
