For the Bookstore theme, on the checkout page, in the “Your Order” column, when you size the browser down the text in the total column goes to 1 letter per line. It’s happening on my site and on your demo site. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Well, I’m seeing it on my site, but I’m also seeing it on your demo site: http://themes.laborator.co/#theme=aurum. To replicate: select the Book Store, add some books to the cart, go to checkout, size the window down.

I tested it in our demo site and this is the result: http://drops.laborator.co/WRxqThis is the last viewing point when resizing the window, after this one thee blocks will be divided and shown full so we cannot do anything for it because it is how the is being rendered.

Yup, so, see how the text “Please fill in your details…” wraps, doesn’t look good. And this example is with short product names, if they are longer then the wrapping text drops to 1 character per line.

Hello,
This happens on multiple devices that i have tried. iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, iPad Air with safari and Chrome. I have cleared the cookies and cache all on devices multiple times but it still displays wrong.
Also in visual composer if you change the view to a mobile phone it will display the same way. Btw my visual composer needs to be updated but says i need to purchase a key.

Unfortunately that’s not possible, the theme is built upon a minimalist style and we haven’t put icons to make it more minimal.
If you want to get the icons you can disable the ones we use and instead of them use any plugin to display icons.

I tried creating child theme for Clothesforpros project (aurum theme) and its somewhere broken when activating.

After activating, Most of the dependencies doesn’t load-in like jquery and style.css. I’ve followed the exact tutorial for child theme provided by wordpress. I can send my wp-credentials for you to check it where it gets broken. Please respond ASAP.

1. That’s really weird, can you please give us your site URL so we will check and see what the problem is.
2. Unfortunately this is not possible.
3. Only if you move the whole sidebar at the top, and this need to be changed manually with custom coding, there is no other way to show this filter at the top.

Where this error appeared? During the Demo Import?
This error is happening because Visual Composer plugin is not installed.

I purchase this theme is due to the Menu. When I use this theme, the menu is not exactly the same and I search around here and found out that the menu is a separate plugin (I know you listed in the description that the theme is not come with UberMenu) but why you want to include in the demo? It is misleading as for a enduser like me, whose know what is “UberMenu”? We are just purchase based on your Demo. A little disappointed about this.

We have made one demo with UberMenu because a lot of users that use shop themes use this plugin, so we wanted to show how it look with our theme.
We have talked with the plugin author many times but they refuse to allow this plugin to be included on themes, they even don’t have an option to buy Extended License. If they make any change on this direction we will include this plugin for free on the future.

Hi Ylli, you’ve been very helpful so far and I’m hoping you may be able to help me with the following issues that I have been trying to do myself for a few days but am not getting anywhere. I am using the jewelry theme.
Footer Problems:
(1) I can’t find how to edit the text in the columns in the footer – where to do this.
(2) My columns have gone a bit crazy ie not aligned. How to fix.
(3) I would like to add my MailChimp subscription box to the footer.
(4) I would like to make the text in the columns live links – how to do this?
(5) I would like to add contact info and address to footer

Go to Appearance > Widgets and use the MailChimp for WP Form widget that comes with the plugin.

I have been to the footer options several times but there is no “Select the size of footer columns to show” only an option for “Select the type of footer widgets column to show” ie drop down option 2, 3, 4 etc. This is where the problem started…I changed the number of columns and that’s when they became misaligned horizontally.

1. You will have to add Footer Widgets if you want these social networks to display above that line.
2. Have you added a title for your page when creating it?
3. I am sorry but we are not responsible for third party plugins.
4. That’s not possible because WooCommerce has it’s own algorithms that arranges the related products.
5. The menu is too long to display in the mobile screen, but you can scroll down to view the menu items.
6. You can do this but I don’t see your site
