I have a question what should I do to change “icons” each time on every type of content when I click change icon, I see the icon but it crashes the website… I just can seel all icons I can’t click and all the page is blocked I have to close and start again. As to the issue with icons – most likely some third party plugin is interfering, so please deactivate non-theme extensions to check their influence. Hi, I’m a little confused. I try to set up the single profiles for a team. I created for every teammember a profile. But the link in the teamoverview with all is not working, I always go to the profiles page with all members. Do I have to create for every teammember a single page? Maybe I deleted a page in the demo-content? Thanks for your help!

Do you also use Profiles shortcode for all profiles displaying on team overview page as we did on our demo? Each title should lead exactly to the appropriate open profile. Thanks for your respose. I don’t know why, but it’s working now. I updated the permalink structure once again – and now it is working. The only problem is, that in some profiles the permalink has the original name as in your demo. How can I change it. Thanks.

That’s the problem: I don’t have the “Edit” button …..
Is your permalinks structure in Settings – Permalinks currently settled to default? If so, please change it to, for instance, Post Name and renew the profile editing page.

You can also try to enable Slug field in Screen Options and then edit the permalink via this field, it will appear on profile editing page.

No it was Post Name, not default. I changed it, saved, and changed it back – did not help… I changed it now via the slug-field … thanks – enjoy your day
That’s a quite unusual case. There also might be third party pugins interference, you can try to deactivate them and check if anything changes. But I’m glad to hear editing via slug field works!

Sure, you can use as many forms as you need! As to Mailchimp integration – we haven’t tested plugins that allow to do that, though we can’t deny that such plugins will work properly with our EcoNature theme.

I would like to use the top line space for my main navigation and not have a primary navbar showing at all. Is there a way to do this?
When I don’t assign a menu to primary, the menu renders on top of the page content.
Also, is there a way to resize the font size for the top line menu besides custom css? Tks.

Let’s see what can be done! Please assign existing menu to Top Line Navigation area in Appearance – Menus. Then proceed to Theme Settings – Appearance – Header and enable Top Line Navigation in Top Additional Content. And the last step. Proceed to Theme Settings – General – Custom Codes – Custom CSS and add the following code:
.header_bot {
display:none !important;
}
Then save changes.
Please let me know about the results after described actions are implemented.
As to top line navigation font – besides Custom CSS you can change it in Theme Settings – Fonts – Other – Small Tag Font.

Hello – thanks for the help. I performed all steps exactly. However, nav menu items are still displaying over the content. It looks like it’s no longer the main menu. It looks like the menu items are from the old shortcode menu that you had created in the demo for the default top line menu. However, I deleted these items and replaced them with my own. I have no clue where they are generating from.
In addition, by increasing the size of the font for the top line menu, the dropdowns are wrapping the submenu items and the top menu items are too close together. Please see: http://www.brightbirdcreative.com/wpdev/ I can probably figure out how to fix this using custom css but would prefer your input first.

Okay, I found your second email with the additional CSS and I have applied that to make the main nav invisible. So, the first issue above is resolved. My second question in my reply above still stands. I need to fine-tune the top line nav menu item spacing.

1. To change the icons size in footer please use the following code in Theme Settings – General – Custom Codes – Custom CSS:

In fact navigation resizes with the screen, but when menu item titles are quite long or there are many of them, menu might not fit navigation area and that’s why additional custom code is required. We’ll show you what can be done to improve menu displaying!

I’m here to ask you if there’s any option out of the box to configure the category pages of posts. I would like to achieve the Blog masonry style on category pages, as well to be full width. As to your questions about blog category pages – to make them full width please select Layout Type by Default: Full Width in Theme Settings – Appearance – Content. Changing the blog type for those pages requires serious customization changes, that are beyond our support policy. Appreciate your understanding.

At the moment I can’t see WooCommerce products and shop page on your site, please make sure you have some products added and shop, cart, checkout pages created. Then proceed to the WooCommerce settings and select Shop as the Product Archive/Shop Page and appropriate pages as Checkout and Cart pages.

Yes, we don’t include ready child theme, but in case you feel like customizing Eco Nature, you can create a child theme as described in WordPress Codex. And we usually advise our customers to use ready Custom CSS and Javascript fields in the dashboard – in Theme Settings – General – Custom Codes. Please note, that we don’t recommend customizing the code significantly as it might lead to unexpected issues.

The easiest way to change such elements is to have a multisite. Are you currently using a language plugin on your end? For instance, for WPML plugin there’s a need to to have WPML String Translations installed in order to “translate” your theme’s logo.

Project Details don’t refer to custom fields, let’s see how they can be removed. You need to disable all the fields currently displayed on projects in Theme Settings – Single Posts – Project and save changes.

1. Let’s see, if you’re referring to the settings used on our demo Buttons page – the page is included to demo content, to import it is the easiest way to get all the settings at once. But not a suitable variant if you’ve already customized the site and added your own content. Or we can provide you with the screencast of buttons settings if you wish.
2. Masonry Blog layout can be used for boxed version absolutely in the same way as for the liquid layout. Please select Columns layout and then you’ll be able to choose Masonry type as shown on the screenshot. Please correct me if I misunderstood you.
