The file is not a plugin. It is an import file for revolution slider plugin. Pls go to Revolution Slider tab in admin and click on import slider option to import this slider. Pls let us know if you still have trouble.

Hi, I saw that in the description it says the site is fully responsive but when I view it on my Windows Phone it is not acting responsive. Do I need to enable this somewhere?

It seems to be going responsive now. I think it glitched or something cause I updated the site but did not refresh my browser. I turned my phone and off on and then it worked. Sorry about that.
