Why do you sell a theme with a obsolet wisual composer that it needs to buy to uodate to no get any problems like bugs or something like trojans cross it, etc? The theme security is vulnerable cross a visual composer unupdated.

The theme was updated 3 days ago and actually it included the latest Visual Composer version. If theme security is somehow compromised by that plugin the theme will be taken down by Envato until the security issues are solved.

If you are already running the latest theme version, the plugin version provided is 4.8.1 which is the latest. Probably the message is asking to activate the plugin what you can’t do (you bought the theme and not Visual Composer, so you don’t have an independent plugin license).
Please notice that in the future it is us who decide when to update the plugin, but, once again, if there are security issues Envato will force us authors to update it. If you have more questions about this licensing issue please contact Envato Help Center.

yes, Versión 4.8.0.1 but this message no dissapear The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Pulse Framework and WPBakery Visual Composer. The updates are located on the theme root folder inside the external_plugins folder.
The latest version provided with the theme is 4.8.1 (not 4.8.0.1). The update message that you are seeing is coming from the theme actually. If you need help. please check the theme documentation that has a video showing how to update the bundled plugins.

we deactivated all, and no works the theme
The server is returning a “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”. This is a generic error for which we need more information from an error log. Please ask your hosting company more info about it.
This situation should be related with this particular install, because we don’t have any similar reports (you can confirm this on the previous comments).

We had a similar situation some weeks ago with another theme and it had to do with some unusual server-side PHP script restrictions.
We suggest that you contact your hosting company to remove any script that may be preventing importing images with PHP. Please notice that these images are located inside the theme file package so it is safe to import them (you are not fetching anything from another server).

That plugin hasn’t been updated in the last 2 years so please be careful if you have any compatibility issues. Also, the plugin does not have any shortcode option so it does not seem that you can add it to a page using Visual Composer. You will need to check the plugin documentation to see how to add it to a page.

Hello, we purchased your theme, but when we install the demo content, it is no the same demo content as shown on your live preview site. The are place holder images, but we are not able to see the demo theme content promised… for example, the adventure theme is missing the portfolio items with the video/rotating-gif preview thumbnails.
Are we able to install a demo theme, just like the ones you show on your “live preview” site?

On the preview we use more than 30 portfolio items and most of them are repeated in terms of content. So, there’s no need to create all of them with the one click install feature.
We also don’t include any video samples on the theme to keep the theme folder size relatively small. To get that video thumbnail all you have to do is add the video paths (mp4 and webm) on the options panel located under the portfolio post content.

I am just setting up everything on your Pulse theme I just bought. I have some experience in Wordpress but 0 experience with Visual Composer. I have checked some of your videos. In terms of the branding, which is the ideal pixel size for both logos (before/after scroll)? I have tried with some logos and they all look huge. I noticed you recommend 14 screens how big is that in pixels?

Can you tell us where you have seen that 14 screens measure? It does not make any sense
About the size: the theme is flexible enough to manage different sizes, but as a reference the logo dimensions that I’m using on the theme preview are 160×41 pixels.

Btw I did the one click installation and I am now trying to set up the website tree. However, as I use your templates I am confused. For instance, I changed Portfolio for “Videos” but as there is only one category (Pulse Category) I don’t know how to sort it. Do I need to create more categories or there’s no need because you can handle it only with parent pages? (i.e. Portfolio – Horizontal, Blog – Main…)

We’re not following you very well… Skills are like portfolio categories (Pulse Category is just an example that is created with the one-click install feature). Then you can create parent pages to show all skills or just some of them. You can do the same inside any page using the Latest Portfolio page element.

But i have currently a little problem by changing the fields of the contact formular. Is the only way to do that by adding fields manually in php-code in the page-contact.php ?
Do you have already a possibility to integrate for example Contact Form 7 ?At the moment i see there is some css customization work to do.

i have a little problem with the submenus of PULSE.
The mobile menu will not display the submenu correct: -> the Submenu displays for a little moment but it is not clickable -> just the main menu points are clickable
