Is there any way to customize the login procedure so that the users email is used as the log-in and not the website generated username? I think most customers will probably forget their user name but could easily remember their email.
Also, there does not appear to be a “forgot my password” anywhere on the login screen after selecting a time

Since it’s WooCommerce, SSL is fully supported.
Hey guys, I have a pre-sales question: I want to use the booking plugin for the rent of a machine. I have 5 machines available in total.
Is it possible to set multiple machines available for the same timeschedule? So if someone clicks on december 1st from 9am to 12am that the calender won’t be blocked for that period, because I have 4 other machine available. When 5 machines are in use at the same period, the calender should be blocked.

Hey, yes what you can do is setup multiple ‘timeslots’, in your case 5, so that up to that number of bookings can be made for any given time and then it becomes unavailable to book.

The sticky nav is disabled for the mobile menu by default because we found in some scenarios it was not ideal, but it’s just a matter of changing one line in a file if you want to have it. The booking plugin is fully translatable, so you could use a plugin like Loco Translate to set it up in a different language: https://www.wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

Hi, have you had a look at the booking process on the demo? ( http://demo.themovation.com/entrepreneur/stylist/ ) One calendar is shown, but you can have as many different calendars as you like- you could have one for each stylist. When customers go to book they can create an account, or you can have it setup as guest booking instead. If you have registered booking, customers can then login and view their apt times. Does that answer your question?

Hi there, yes you can have as many separate calendars as you like! Also there is a nice profile page where clients can view/manage their appointments. You can have clients pay via PayPal as well, it just requires an additional $14 plugin to tie into WooCommerce.

Pre purchase question: I like the appointment booking system for customers to book personal trainer sessions. But my customers also need to be able to see when group classes and other events are held and to be able to book their attendance. Does the booking system allow for categories / multiple bookings for the same time slots? or is there a way to have 2 booking systems. One for personal training sessions and one which is a timetable showing events/group classes and cutomers can enquire/book.
I can see the answer to my question above in the comments :0) but can the calendar time slots be blocked for personal sessions once booked and left unblocked for group sessions when customers book?
Hi there, yes you can have as many different calendars as you like. You can have group sessions going on at the same time as personal sessions
You can have a dropdown directly above the calendar where users can select which one, and/or you can have each calendar on its own page.

Hi, yes, there is a woocommerce add on (http://codecanyon.net/collections/5325009-booked-add-ons) and woocommerce supports stripe via plugin (not sure if it’s free or paid). Hi there, yes it could be used for tennis courts. You could have each one as a separate calendar, or you could have multiple time slots available at each time on the same calendar.

Hello! Yes the theme works well with WooCommerce and so does the Booking Plugin. If you want the plugin to work directly with the plugin then there is an add on that you can buy ($14) if you want to just use WooCommerce on the portfolio page then you can easily use a WooCommerce shortcode, no add on required.

Hi Craig, we actually went with Master Slider Pro because we felt it offered very good value. Master Slider Pro comes bundled with the theme.
If you want to use Revolution, I think it would work as well because both Revolution and Master Slider Pro work on the same principles of the shortcode which you can put in instead of the Master Slider shortcode.

The add ons tab on ‘APPOINTMENTS’ has payment through woocomerce, calender etc so do I have to buy these addons to enable the calender to be present on the booking plug in as on the demo? and also for people to be able to pay do I have to pay for the woocommerce add on or is there already existing options of these 2 without paying.

Everything shown in the theme demo can be setup without any additional add-ons required. Each add-on adds optional functionality though. If you want to use WooCommerce to charge directly for bookings, then it’s best to purchase the add-on for that.

2. Did you import the demo content? We strongly recommend it as it makes it much easier to understand how it fits together. If not, the shortcode can be added to the slider in the dash under Entrepreneur > Sliders, in the Slider Options just below the editor.

Okay great. The Booked plugin shortcode can be added to the slider from the WP dash under Entrepreneur > Sliders, in the Slider Options box just below the editor. You can see your shortcodes under Appointments > Settings > Shortcodes

Yes, in that same box under the tab “Alignment and Styling” you can check the box for “Align Content” and then select left, right, or centered.
As long as you have Registered booking enabled under the Booked settings, then users will have an account created for them as a part of the booking process

hi!, I would like to use a text logo rather than an image one. thats because my homepage has a dark background and i need a light logo…but the rest of my pages are light background. I prefer using a text logo instead of an image for that reason. thank you

Hi, yes the booking system allows for you to make any dates unavailable from the admin area, and then it would just take a line of CSS (which we can provide) to hide the Book appointment buttons. You could have each day set up as one all-day time-slot, or you could have various time slots as shown in the live demo. Hi Julian, that might require a plugin. What you’ll want to look for is a store locator type plugin and then link each location up with a page that has a calendar on it. Will that work?
We have an issue with booked calendar – the appointment list (Shortcode [booked-appointments] for logged in users) only shows the field “Mobile Nr” but not the fields from the form (guest booking). Can’t find out what is missing or wrong. Thanks for your help!
